AWESOME STAFF! I was picking up an online order at Strongsville #3817 on 04/04/2021. There was a problem with my order & the warehouse did not ship all of the order despite showing "Ready". Three staff members went above & beyond to try to track down the missing order's products. Once they realized it was a warehouse issue, the were still able to rectify the problem by providing another item, price matching it, & finding the exact qty I needed. Bonnie, Deb, & Alex were amazing, outstanding customer-service! This store's associates definitely work together very well and this store seems very well managed.

this place is great. I am like a kid in a candy store and it inspires me to do home improvements. I have been a long time loyal client

I could not order multiple items online, so Debbie and Kimberly helped me buy them in the store using my promo code for moving to Strongsville from Medina. The Strongsville Home Depot is much more helpful than the Medina store!

This store (Strongsville) is the friendliest, cleanest and well stocked in Northeast Ohio. The hardware, paint department, garden / outdoor department and plumbing... and appliances are especially well staffed with experienced folks.

Had a wonderful experience recently with purchasing a snowblower. We discovered it was previously returned and slightly used. When we spoke with the manager Josh, he was very helpful in rectifying the situation in a timely manner. He made sure that we received a credit for the oversight to accommodate us. Very pleased with the whole experience and good to see that customers are still treated extremely well.

I find myself shopping at Home Depot a lot. Good quality products, at competitive cost, friendly professional staff able to assist when I need it and the store was clean!

would not recommend this store. The associates are not friendly and don't seem very interested in helping customers. The store is often cluttered and items are not in stock (even though the website says there are multiples of an item). We came in for a space heater and were passed by no less than 8 associates, not one of which greeted us or could be bothered to find out if we needed help. Online said there were 7 of the heater we wanted in stock. After searching the Electrical and Garden departments, we found a group of employees (4-5) engaged in a non-work related conversation. After walking through their little huddle (they seemed irritated that we had the nerve to walk through their group) we asked if they had the heater. Jerry in Garden informed us that if it wasn't on the shelf, they didn't have it - he never bothered to even check to see what we were looking for or if in fact they had it in stock. He was arrogant and seemed annoyed that we needed help. We ended up going to a competitor and had an awesome shopping experience and found exactly what we needed!

Was taken advantage of! Bought a built in microwave oven which was dented and damaged. Returned to store and was told they were charging me 15% for a restocking fee on the damaged product. They lost my business for ever. Manager told “ that’s the way it is”.

I was sold a used chain saw as a new one. When opened it was dirty, had saw dust in housing and on blade. Plus oil on blade and trace oil in tank. The saw was shipped by manufacture without oil in it. Oil had to be purchased separately. All this even though had an inspection sticker on it(inspected by MNH5UHJ). Then had to go into store during this pandemic to return the saw. Originally called to complain but told just to return it. Was not put through to manager as I requested. On second call spoke to manager but his explanation was to effect that they deal with large volume and these things can happen. Went on to say that maybe was bought then replaced with an old saw in new box by and the returned by another customer. Found this explanation to be wanting. Can not see how this possible with inspection sticker on it as well! Just putting back returns on shelf without checking an items?! Further manager seemed not to comprehend that selling a used item as new is unethical not to mention illegal.

I was there to pick-up my online order everything went perfect. The associate got my order quickly. I wanted to do more shopping while at the store , so she put my order in the cart for me. But she also went above and beyond for me. She noticed that the cart had a plastic string wrapped around the back wheel axel and was dragging about 1 foot. So she got some scissors and cut it off so no one could trip on it. I thought that was being thoughtful and looking out for others. Her name is Cathy.....

Very clean store, employees taking safety precautions and well stocked. Employees seemed to be happy and enjoying their jobs, which showed in how they ere treating customers,,,,,give this store an A+

Great selection of items and always plenty of items in stock. Staff is helpful and friendly. This store has been a mainstay for the wife and I for years.

Cashier at self checkout was so rude I honestly couldn’t believe it. I wasn’t using a gift card incorrectly and Instead of explaining to me how to use it correctly she talked to me like I was an idiot and telling me how I wasn’t doing it right. Never experienced such rudeness with someone who is suppose to be there to assist and help not tear you like your an idiot.

We always shop at the Strongsville Home Depot, we live in North Royalton, so it's close & most of the employees are friendly & very helpful. Store is clean, bathrooms are clean. Shelves are stocked. Making for a pleasant shopping experience.

I found the product I was looking for with help from the associate in appliances. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Information was presented to me and I felt very good about my purchase.

Where to begin... Marcie Ashworth was extremely helpful starting my process a few days ago for getting vertical blinds. Today Denise Richards was amazing helping me through the process of ordering and Ann Atkinson was so friendly and helpful when she came to my house and measured.

Thank you for having such a clean & organized store. during these crazy times I just wanted to find the products I needed and get back out quickly.
