I needed battery for Ryobi mower. I was confused about what to buy and Jerry was extremely helpful with explaining what I needed and answered my questions

Cathleen at customer service was so helpful. She made the process smooth and simple. I was extremely impressed with her assistance.

The guy who helped cut my materials was efficient and friendl. His name was Capt. Kurt.

The workers knew how to direct you to the area for a product. But, I wish they were more knowledgable about the department they work in so they can answer questions.

This store is full of helpful workers, stop by and ask for captain Kurt to help you he is an awesome and very friendly guy and will help you with any questions or issues.

The staff does not provide excellent customer like they did 10years ago. These people pretend not to see you, and do what they can to avoid customers. They never ask if you need help, hell, they do not even offer a friendly hello. Corporate needs to get involved and turn this pompous attitude around

Bought a snow blower and we are so happy with it. The service we received was outstanding from Jerry and Chris and Stacy and Harley.

I go to a lot of Home Depots and other stores in its field, but this store is one of the best I visit. I like taking jobs in the area just to have the ability to go to this location more, but it doesn’t work this way unfortunately.

For the first time in a very long time, I found an employee very helpful who went above and beyond. Rich, who worked in appliances, took the time to address our situation and our needs.

I bought 14 pieces of wall tile for 16.52 each. Online the price for a case of 10 was 127 dollars. I should have gotten the case price for the 10 pieces and paid full price for the extra 4. instead I paid 16.52 for all 14 pieces. and some of the pieces were cracked.

Terrible customer service! Was uninformed, or misinformed of almost EVERY return policy associated with my purchase of over $4000. Will not be shopping at this location or any other Home Depot in the future.

The store was very clean and set up with shoppers in mind. Always enjoy going into shop and browse around. There is always a store employee that will stop to ask if we need help or have a question. So great.

Cathleen my cashier was awesome!!! I asked another lady to check me out at customer service due to having back injuries and my car being parked on that end when garden shut. The other lady was rude, walked away and refused to talk to me and just left me standing there shocked. Cathleen saw and heard all this and invited me to her line. We chit-chatted, had friends in common. Cathleen you're an awesome person and I appreciate you!!! That's what should happen at customer service

My receipt came from this store ordered a stove on the app haven't had a good experience at all original order was canceled after long wait on appliance always backorder decided to go with another appliance but guess what 5he truck came out for delivery but appliance was missing part so I've been waiting months hopefully home depot will come thru eventually fingers crossed

All ways find what I need it and stuff are very friendly

You find everything you need. Main isle cluttered. To call and request an extension and find a person is useless no matter how long u r on the phone. The calls is routed back to the main desk and employees think you are hanging up and calling back. Persons at the main desk think you r being a nuisance and lose patience and treat as if it’s your fault. This has happened to me numerous times. I wonder how many people just give up, get angry and resort to go to another store.
