I went to this Home Depot to return electrical Items, I forgot my receipt but the cashier asked for my ID only she started to scan the items but one of those items did not have a bar code she called the person in charge of this Department (Kyle) to try to find the Item number, HE WAS VERY RUDE, he told me he was tired of people like me that didn’t have a receipt or credit card, he was arguing with me and he told me he didn’t want to return the money. Very bad customer Service.

If you are shopping for Doors or Windows, see Sarah. She is an excellent customer service Representative who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Store was well stocked, Miss Dora (Returns very helpful in directing me to the places (Aisles I needed to go to. Super Lady and so, so, so Friendly, made my shopping alot easier thanks to her,

I have the highest praise for the staff at this Home Depot. I have never had an unpleasant experience here and I'm so impressed with the willingness of the staff to be of assistance. Today I was assisted by two associates who were willing to let me Facetime with my husband in Germany to assist us in purchasing just the correct router bits for his router. One of the associate even greeted my husband in German, "Guten Tag" What a cool shopping experience. I can't say enough about the lengths in which the staff will go to in order to make your customer experience a success and effortless. Thank you, keep up the great work!

I always go to this store first since it's the closest one to me. The employees are pleasant and I can always find the things I needed. I took advantage of their tile install promo $497 for 20 Sq Ft. can't beat that price.

We shop Home Depot foremost because of the helpful and friendly associates. They are always willing to help us find what I'm searching for, and if we have any questions, they try to answer them. We can shop anywhere, but go to Home Depot because we feel valued as customers.

Neat, clean, and the employees are very helpful. Especially, Josherlin she helped me with flooring and opened me eyes to a totally different design that I loved but never thought of purchasing.

Josline and Jerome are the best

Josline was a breath of fresh air she was great with customer service in and had a very friendly personality she had written patient on her apron something that we all need.

I was glad to know that there are those who talk to you and help you when needed.

We went in to the kitchen design department and Marie was spectacular at helping us make a good decision for our home. Can't wait to get the product installed.

Each Home Depot seems to be arranged differently, I find the Pasadena store to be the easiest to find items .

People kept coming and going. The location was convenient. Prices were decent. Well stocked and clean.

If you need help with lumber, ask for Elijah. The best associate I have had the pleasure to come across.

dirty and lacking merchandise, Bagged my pipe fittings and didn't put them on my cart. Got home missing the fittings I needed.

I needed assistance from 3 different employees and they were all very helpful and polite.
