A number of times I enter the store, looking for certain items I needed to finish my project, the shelves were depleted and I had to drive to another Home Depot. The web site showed items were available at that store, when I got their they were gone????

Alan in the plumbing department was phenomenal. He clearly knows his department and was able to assist multiple customers in a very short period of time. I had no idea what I needed for my show drain. I brought in a yucky part to match against the merchandize and Alan was not hesitant to assist me. He was not grossed out about the yucky part and he gave me several options to remedy my issue with my shower drain. He even showed me a product that would help not only my drains, but my toilet too.

Clean, well organized, and aisles are easily navigable. Staff is courteous and professionally.

Customer service is great

The manager jerry smith and cashier nicholas were extremely unhelpful even though nick was in the wrong they didn't do anything to remedy my situation. This incident cost me more than you know.

The store has pretty much everything for it not being the largest Home Depot in the county. I will occasionally go to the Glen Burnie location if something is out of stock. Employees regularly offer you assistance. I happily noticed their success in being an equal opportunity employer.

My cashier Kendra was very nice, and friendly. Also, she was able to give me a lot of information of the item I was purchasing that I was unsure about at first, but she was very helpful! Great customer service.

A1 customer service Needs more plant variety

Store was well stocked and clean. Marc at checkout is very friendly and polite.

Everyone I have encountered at this store is very helpful. I live closer to their competitor, but I travel to this store for the employees.

I have in the pass found that the electric item in this store are lacking, I had to go to Richard Hiway store..

This store is always poorly stocked and I usually end up needing to go to somewhere else to get everything I need even though this is the closest store to me. Many of the employees are unfriendly and unhelpful. Plenty of them stand around and chat amongst themselves though. I'll just make the longer drive to another home improvement store instead of dealing with this location anymore

Hard to find help here from sales staff but it's close by and always has what I need in stock. Sure is better than the other Glen Burnie location on Ordnance Rd that's for sure.

The store was neat and clean, every department I went to the associated were very friendly and helpful. The department’s were paint, doors/windows, wood floors and the garden area.

Personalized service and friendliness was evident in the employees at this store. A special thanks to "Bob in deliveries" for his personalized attention and assistance.

I have never had such poor customer service. The sales representative was rude and totally unhelpful.

Staff are friendly beyond all expecations.

I have an issue with delivery and installation of a refrigerator and although I was very frustrated that things weren't explained to me originally, the merchandising assistant store manager was very helpful. Larry was very professional and understanding and made a point of trying to make the situation right.

Employees extremely helpful

Store was well stocked and had a variety of items to select. Employees were friendly and always willing to help.

Came to home depot to buy a new riding mower. I had been looking for awhile and saw they had one so I purchased to mower and as we loaded it on the trailer realised that it had no keys and they couldn't find them. So I had to return the mower and purchase another one. The ladies at customer service we super nice and helped with the return and purchase of a different mower. If it wasn't for the help and friendliness of hope and her co-worker I would have left and purchased my mower else where.

this store does not always have what the ordinance road store has. Both stores were clean and the employees were helpful. This store is much closer to me so I usually go here.

I go to this location very often since I’m a local contractor. The parking lot here is smaller than most which makes things difficult sometimes. That is about the only issue I have. Today Larry the store manager went over and beyond!! Honored a promotion that had expired but signage was still up(per Milwaukee rep). I’m a small contractor and was out of work for 5weeks during COVID-19. So this savings was very important to me. He had 100 things going on while helping me, but he stayed calm, focused, and humorous the whole time and made me feel like the priority. Thank you Larry!!! You da man!!!

I always am able to get help and advice easily!

This is my go-to store for all my home improvement needs. The isles are big and roomy, which is especially important during this COVID-19 virus. They do limit capacity right now so be aware that on Saturdays and Sundays, the lines will be so long - go early. They are taking all the safety precautions including plexiglass at the registers, markings to encourage social distancing, masks required. Even with all the restrictions, they are still able to move customers through the registers efficiently and quickly. Super friendly and helpful staff throughout the store.

I was a single female with two children under the age of ten buying a roll of carpet padding. Not only did one employee in this store not offer to help, but the aisles were blocked off with pallets, shopping carts and displays. It took me 45 minutes to move my cart to the front of the store. I had to move the pallets, displays and shopping carts on my own to even make it to the front of the store, again not one employee offering to help!

THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I COULD SEE WAS PARKING. OTHER THAN THAT IT A NICE STORE TO VISIT. WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS STORE DIDN'T HAVE.THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHERE DIFFERENT PRODUCTS WERE LOCATED. DUE TO THE FACT THAT MATERIALS WERE BEING RESTOCKED THE STORE WAS SOMEWHAT CLEAN.

A VERY PLEASHANT STORE TO SHOP IN ... ALL OF THE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND THEY KNOW THE STUFF WHEN ASK A QUESTION
