Feels more like a neighborhood store than a huge chain every time I shop here.

When I deal over the phone, and ask for, the itemized billing statement sent to me in addition to the man /women picking up the materials - - I want Itemized billing sent to me. It has not occurred. Fix that.

Best place to buy appliances and other things

I love this store, I always see familier faces and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable , I repurpose old furniture and old lamps and I can find everything I need there. Cheers

Ordered a product online and went in to pick it up. It was an item to winterize an outdoor item. When I got to the store they had moved the products to a winter storage area. Lauie Ann in the customer service department went above and beyond in locating the item and delivering it to me.

I have been shopping at this store for sometime and generally I am able to find employees in departments to assist me however, this time I couldn't find anyone in any department to help. When I found what I needed I wanted to go to a cashier to check out due to some smaller items. The first person I came to was Diane (I made sure to ask her name) she asked me if I was a pro, I asked what a pro was. She said if your not a pro I can't help you, go to one of the other registers. I ended up using self check out and left anything that didn't have a sku. If your employees can't be more helpful or at least not be rude in their reply to questions I will shop elsewhere. As I said I have shopped many times at the store but this was not a great visit.

As a contractor I can't say enough about Elizabeth and Kaylie at the Pro Desk. They are knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful. The management team seems to care about the experience you have as a customer. They always go above and beyond to make sure my orders are correct and scheduled.

Shelves empty, store filthy, could not find help anywhere!

No cashiers it sucks!!!

I received very poor customer service from Benjamin when returning some items. He seemed very smug and somewhat condescending during the transaction.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. The special order process was easy and informative. Also, the cull bin always holds some treasure at 70% off!!

Dale is the best Home Depot employee I’ve ever met. Unfortunately, Dale was not there tonight, and our experience was laborious, taxing, and off-putting. Employees acted as though we were a burden or an irritation by shopping at their place of employment. Two employees stood and watched my husband and I load 12’ redwood boards onto a cart while discussing some female named Megan who one employee told the other (younger) employee he thought was still single before they made sure to leave the area lest we ask for assistance. Let’s hope Megan is luckier than we were and manages to avoid these employees ;)

This is a full size store, with good customer service. They answered the phone in the specific dept that I called, and no transfer was needed. Salesperson was knowledgeable. Best part is that the sales tax is about 4% lower than anywhere else in the metro-Denver area.

Ordered a custom door on April 16, 2019. Door came in after 3 weeks, but someone in the supply chain could not drive the forklift, damaging two panels of the door. Multiple attempts to fix it failed. Canceled my order today, 7-22-19... after the last failure to get product here undamaged. Too bad there is no 0 stars to rate them.

Ask what the policies and procedures are each time you go in if you hope to get a piece of lumber, plywood, chip board or insulation cut. They change from week to week.

My go to store until they redesigned the checkout and started pushing all self checkout. Strongly considering going elsewhere.

Stay away!!! After a recent visit to purchase a new front door, I would NOT go back!!! It took over an hour to get a few questions answered and even then, the employee was NOT knowledgeable.

We always have great customer service when we are at the store! Recently we’ve been working on building a new deck and needed some very specialized lumber to help us finish the project. Mike H. Went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed.

My husband sends me to the store to get different parts. I have a picture or a list and the staff at Home Depot always help me find what I need. They are great!

Great Experience, good guidance for choosing the right things and provided me the flexibility to pick the items at different time on need basis even if you purchase with single order. It is a very sooth process.

Sure is a great store. Very helpful staff when I need it and it is always easy to find what I need and get out quick. I appreciate the clean parking lot and the store is also very clean and well cared for. One time I arrived after hours with a clogged sink and the manager let me in to get supplies and then gave them to me complimentary. I was blown away but that experience was why I shop there for all my home and project items.

This store is my favorite Home Depot. Always able to find what I am looking for with quick check out. Any issues I have ever had were quickly resolved by an employee or management. Keep up the good work guys...
