Dean was excellent at helping me and getting my product on the dolly, checking me out and getting me help to make sure I could lift it in my vehicle

We shop at Home Depot all the time, but this particular store stands above the others. The customer service was outstanding, around every corner was a helpful agent waiting to answer questions. Chris was the best for sure.

This is definitely our favorite Home Depot location. The store is always clean and well stocked. The associates are very nice too. Thank you to Roseanne for being so helpful in finding the right products during our home renovation project.

I bought all my tools at this store, associates were always helpful and the financing options allowed me to afford them with great discounts.

I was able to find everything I needed for my rental property project.

Gary at the paint counter was so friendly and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond for me as well as other customers in line before me.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Walther and Katsia for their help today. They made our visit quick and easy AND they helped us save money!

Suzi in the Morrison store went above and beyond her duties when I had an issue with my countertop measurement. She not only resolved my issue, but then she took me to 2 things that I couldn't find and had asked for help from someone else. Their response was "it's on isle whatever". Suzi made my day that day. Customer service is key and it's rare to find someone who cares as much as Suzi. She's outstanding!

Normally going through checkout employees are friendly and attentive but Blanca was engaging and followed through with everyone in line making sure everyone was satisfied.

I want to give a SHOUT OUT to Kevin at the self serve cash registers. Sometime it's not so self serve. It was the first time using my military discount. He explained how it worked and assisted me with downloading the APP and getting it set up so I could get my 10% off. He was very friendly and helpful. He made my trip to HD much more enable. He made me feel better about spending $150 today....

I almost always have a great experience at this location. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and some have been there for many many years. Ray is the best and has helped me with anything from tile to flooring to bathroom fixtures to refrigerators over the years, and adds a lot of his own experience and research. Josiah at the registers is so friendly and helpful, even when at the self checkout, and always makes my day better! They seem to have more stock than other locations as well.

As general contractor I ship their daily , great to be on a first name basis, and greeted well by all the staff. Elizabeth, my Pro, sales consultant. Terry, lawn garden manager. Dawn, one of the cashiers is always great. And the newer store manager her name is Kristen , or Crystal was very pleased with her. She came out and helped me with some products, and even greeted me at the register as I was leaving.

Nancy went above and beyond in helping me with my purchase. Great job

DAVE K D-28 told me on the phone they had @ 10 bags of broken open soil for sale 1/2 off. When I got to the store minutes later 2 male employees were standing outside talking to each other. I asked WHERE to find the soil and they had no idea and made no move to help me I asked them nicely to help and they kept standing there. The cashier was the next employee I asked and he didn’t know either and made no move to help either. Then a lady named LORI came up to THE GROUP OF EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND and when I asked her she said “ well this is not Crestline and we don’t do that here”. Then DAVE K D-28 walked up and immediately knew what I wanted and began to help me get the soil down as I taped up the bags. He also helped push my heavy full cart to the cashier and then out to the truck. He also helped load it into the truck. I just want to say he has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills and THANK YOU to DAVE K D-28 for being the kind of employee that could set an example for the other employees that may not know what they SHOULD be doing! Thanks Dave!

I made a purchase for decking and gazebo and Cyndi at customer service was fantastic,made my purchase easy and worth while

Kat helped me buy a new battery powered router today. She helped me find a way to purchase it online (scoring me a new 4 Ah battery for free!) Awesomely accommodating and pleasant person. Above it all, she was very good to her coworkers. Great job Kat!

These two wonderwomen helped me combine a large curbside pickup order with a large cash register purchase, and made the whole process quite pleasant. They got my 93 bags of mulch, manure, and soil put together, they got a forklift driver to help load some of them into the back of a truck, and they helped us load the rest into the back of an SUV. Definitely "above and beyond" service. Thank you!

Every time I visit this Jefferson County store at Quincy and C470 I am greeted with friendly employees and everyone is helpful and informative. A great experience and one that is unusual these days in retail

The app doesn't work half the times and the limit per year is $500.

Jeff K did awesome helping us with a Milwaukee blower the other evening and helped us elsewhere in the store earlier in the visit. He was very friendly and helpful, especially for as crazy as I’m sure the store had been in the days leading up to our visit. Many years I have spent in the retail world and it’s pretty rare people make eye contact with you let alone add a smile with it. Jeff did a great job! Please at least buy the guy a candy bar!
