I didn’t see a place in the survey to list the name of my sales person. My sales person was Tonya and she was very friendly and helpful.

I was in this store a few days ago and purchased some window shades and the price was clearly marked as 6.87 in the isle. I was rushing to get out and did not pay attention to the receipt to see that I was overcharged. I had to come back and purchased one more and that is when I realized that the price was not right. I informed Tanya, the lead Cashier for the morning and her team of the discrepancy, and they went to work to verify the issue and correct the bill. They were very helpful and positive which helped to turn a difficult situation around for me. I appreciate the service that I received on that day. Thank you,

This rep made my store experience awesome. She was very knowledgeable and did not pass me around to not complete her job. She assisted me with entire large purchase. You all need to hire more employees like Diamond! She works at the Pro Desk

Store personnel are friendly, eager to help and seem very happy. Everyone engaged in the store’s operations, alert and exhibiting good energy.

I don't shop here often (I work in Dearborn) but each time this store had what I needed in the nick of time, the product was affordable and it's quality.

To start on the parking lot there was an elderly man trying to load a 100lb grill into his car while employees walked past him twice to get carts and didn’t offer to help him so I did it for him. I get inside and about every other isle is blocked off with pallets and gates because they are unloading a truck. I find what I need and as soon as I get there an employe shows up with a stock cart and gives me attitude and just stares at me. I move my cart which isn’t easy because there is so much crap in the way and he pushes the cart past me and says excuse me with attitude instead of thank you. I pick up what I need and go to the front and there are like 12 people in line and no cashiers, it’s all u-scan. There is one cashier directing traffic and she calls her friends up from the back of the line and cut in front of everyone. One of them starts to dance up at the cash register. There wasn’t a single good thing about my shopping experience. You need to retrain everyone or just close the store. Having cashiers would be a nice change as well

The employees were very kind and they greeted me wen I didn't ask for assistance "above and beyond"!

Will never visit this store again. I will keep going to the Dearborn heights store, employees are more pleasant and have better service.

Very proud of this one particular cashier! I’m an elderly woman and he made me feel so welcomed.

I always get good service by knowledgeable associates and have my questions answered. Always friendly .

I came in looking for assistance selecting screws this guy told me I had to wait till a guy was finish unstocking a shelf. Then I needed help with light bulbs. I had 2 different departments call someone over for help and no one ever came.

Associates were very helpful. Comfortable environment and easy to shop.

BEST HOME DEPOT AROUND!!! Chip works in the Lawn department. He’s the guy to see if your in need of a lawn mower, snowblower etc. THE CASHIER AUDREY WAS THE BEST CASHIER. FAST, EFFICIENT & WAS WILLING TO HELP ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

On Nov.18th , 2020 around 6:10pm I attempted to use my Home Depot Gift Card at the Store located at 5951 Mercury Dr. Dearborn, MI 48126. By refunding the purchased items on my American Express Card and repurchasing the SAME ITEMS on my Credit Card and utilizing the Home Depot Gift Card to pay for the repurchase. However, the Cashier a young lady named JEANETTE who was working the Return Register REFUSED to allow me to execute the transactions. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER at Home Depot in all of my years shopping at Home Depot.

Lewis P. In the painting department was excellent im not even sure if they are allowed to be that helpful. Keisha on the other hand needs to be removed from customer service. She should work in the back away from people. The only reason is gave all stars was because of Lewis P.

I woul most definitely return here.

The cashier's are all awesome same with the workers in the return department except yesterday a lady I never seen before did my refund wrong it was bought on my debit and clearly says so but she still refunded it to credit ans my bank is not seeing it. The other girls in the refund section are on their game and I've never had an issue. Usually my only issue at the store is finding someone to help me. Except the lady in flooring is awesome. I wish I remembered the girl that works returns the normal 3 girls that are usually there are awesome yesterday was the input time I had an issue and all the cashiersare great to. Also there is a lady that would rather flirt on the floor and get rude when you ask her for help because my husband must've interrupted her flirt time smh.

Employees can not find items that I ordered on-line. Employees don't have no pep in there step. Waited 45 minutes for items they could not find. Can not tell from employees or customers. (No uniforms)
