Lumber employees (Joe) are great

These folks seem to truly appreciate their customers. They aren't just hanging out weaiting to get paid. I say this because they are knowledgable and friendly. They engage with m when I come in, and if they don't know the answer to a question, they attempt to get it, rather than just acting like you're bothering them. Compared to Hamilton Rd. and Cleveland Ave locations, I'd recommend this location much more!

We just purchased an LG dishwasher from the Westerville Home Depot. Harry was terrific to work with. Today it was delivered and installed. The installers were professional and courteous. Great Experience.

My best experience is with pick-up orders. They seem to pick the orders quickly and have a pretty good grasp of what they have in stock. I pull up, they walk out with my order and load it up, then I'm off. Sometimes I have to go in to select lumber or spray paint (which seems dumb) and it can be a real time suck trying to find someone if I have a simple question about the products or advice on my project. Also, while I like the self-check-out, it's annoying that it doesn't accept contactless payments from Garmin watches or Google wallet. I'd also add that when this site says "Ad Blockers prevented your review submission", this is an outright lie. Home Depot simply refuses to accept reviews that can't be tracked. Why not say "We only accept reviews from people who consent to tracking" instead of blaming a third party? It makes it look like HD doesn't know how the Internet works (and maybe they don't). Also, they don't allow Emoji for some reason so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Heavy buckets but Adrian and Drew did all the heavy lifting. I paid Evangeline who sent the help my way…these 3 made this ‘honey do’ stop easy peasy.

I love our Lawm mower from Home Depot in Westerville. I absolutely love it. Easy to start. Don’t have to use gasoline. It’s battery operated. Bought paint for our basement.

I like this HD because it is clean and easy to find what I need, the employees are easy to talk to and very helpful.

My husband and I visited this store on a Friday evening and had a long list of items we needed to purchase. Every single staff person we stopped or walked up to for questions was kind, helpful and very pleasant. It was quite an amazing experience. Lately, with Covid and so many places short-staffed, we've not had great service. Kudos to Home Depot Westerville for keeping it together!

Julia Hilling went above and beyond to assist with a high volume flooring purchase that I made. She is very customer oriented and helpful. She kept apologizing for how long it was taking to get my order input into the system. She is a great asset to your company! BethAnn in the flooring dept was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful during this visit as well. She explained everything in great detail. She is a great asset to your company!!

I have worked with many prodesk and by far this location has the best. Reach out to Sean, Ken and the crew. They take special interest in each project as if it was their own.

The store was immaculate and the associates were pleasant and helpful. The products are always there when I need them and I enjoy checking out the new seasonal items.

MARY BETH IN THE CARPET AREA WAS HELPFUL. THOSE IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT WERE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE.

This particular store is much better than any other Home Depot I have ever shopped at. They really care about the customer here. This keeps me coming back. The store was extremely clean and all products were stacked nicely and in their proper place. All associates were friendly and helpful.

Clean and it had everything I needed! Mackenzie was the cashier and was super great!

Instead of pointing a young man walked with me to show me the location of the item i was looking for. The young lady at checkout was extremely pleasant, courteous, and professional!

Poor customer service, poor communication with customer and between associates in the store

I had a horrible experience for just trying to buy a grill, and it took over 2 hours. The assistant store manager wouldn’t sell it to me for the price advertised and accused me of changing it, which was terrible. But thankfully, two employees named Ms. Jean and Mr. Scottie, helped me with this purchase so much. It was such a huge hassle to just buy a grill which was already displayed, and despite that, those two employees turned my experience around in the end and I think they are the greatest assets of the entire company. They truly saved me, and I am so glad that they were there that night to help me. Hats off to both Ms. Jean and Mr. Scottie! I wish them all the best!! Thank you soooo much to the both of them! :)

Good store but sometimes quantities are limited.

We have always had excellent service at this Home Depot, often way "above and beyond."

MY NAME IS JAMES LEPPS I BOUGHT A RIDING MOWER ON 3/9. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS , FROM THE DAY I WALK IN. FROM A RUDE GARDEN MGR TO ONLY ONE PERSON WAS INFORMED ABOUT WARRENTS TO BUY THE MOWER TO NOT RECEIVING WHEN IT WAS PROMISD, IT WAS SENT TO ANOTHER STORE .TO BEING TOLD RYAN WOULD MAKE THINGS RIGHT THRU A REBATE .THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED. I MADE CALLS THAT WERE NEVER RETURNED . WAS TOLD TODAY THAT THEY DIDNT KNOW ABOUT . THE FIRST PERSON TOLD ME HE WAS OFF , THE SECOND TOLD HE IS STILL ON VACATION.WHAT IS GOING ON WITH HOME DEPOT. NO YOU DIDNT NAIL

Excellent place to shop. On my first time in the store, I felt very comfortable and was helped as soon as I walked through the door. Good customer services seems to be their #1 priority.

Had been to 3 other hardware stores looking for plumbing items. No one knew what we were talking about or had no products that could help. Rory at the Westerville Home Depot was an absolute gem!! He knew exactly what we were trying to do, walked us to each product we needed and made sure we had the correct sizes we needed. All the associates we encountered were very friendly and helpful!!

Phenomenal customer service all around! Professional, polite and always willing to assist!! Associate recommended a better solution for the project I was working on that was more suitable and cost effective! He did all the calculations and saved me considerable time, money and hassle! Truly appreciate it!

At 7 AM February 13th DEVON handled my return. She greeted me warmly, looking in my eye. She acted professionally, was friendly with a little small talk, was helpful to this old lady and I think you need more exemplary employees like her. She was OUTSTANDING. I was not there to shop although I've been shopping in this store ever since it opened.

CSR was very friendly and helpful. Although the store was out of the product I was looking for she advised me that a truck was due in the morning
