Feels like home when everyone in this store greets you.. I love their attitudes

I went for 3/4 dowels. The bin said they were four feet long. They were actually three so didn't work for my project. Now have to get more dowels. It won't be at a Home Depot. In addition, there were so many floor displays in the aisles that it made it difficult to navigate ther cart. And now there are no regular checkout lines.. It's all self-checkout which never goes well. Overall, a most unsatisfactory shopping experience.

Someone decided to maximize inconvenience by creating a maze out of garden center entrance and exit. The store sells plants both inside and outside, but customers can no longer easily access inventory. Especially when garden center is busy. Whoever conceived this plan is a retail sales idiot.

Always have what I need and have great/friendly/efficient employees.

They worked very hard to get me my best deal on appliances.

I love this Home Depot. We always receive excellent customer service, and it is like visiting very knowledgeable friends

I had 20 heavy pavers I needed and they were super helpful loading them on a cart, going with me to pay and loading into my Jeep.

Bruce in Grills, Pam in Garden and Tonya and Cindy in Customer Service are awesome. Friendly store team and knowledgeable employees.

I have shopped at this store for 20 plus years and have noticed a difference in interaction with employees recently. They seem more willing to help and more accessable than in the past. By example, Jim in plumbing has been very helpful and friendly in helping me with some difficult plumbing problems.

In July of 2022, I was helped in the Outdoor section by Lucas and Zane. These two Employees spent over an hour helping me resolve an issue that I had with soil. Both of these guys were very knowledgeable and friendly and neither of them tried to push me off on someone else, once they found out that my issue would take a long time. I appreciate that and I appreciate them. These two Employees should be recognized and this Home Depot should be recognized for fostering a culture where Employees aren't encouraged to walk away from customers who have issues that will take more than a few minutes to resolve. Well done, all around!

Had to return an item late in the evening and because the customer service staff were pleasant and helpful it was no problem. Another employee was super helpful in showing us another option which we then bought.

It's the staff for me. We spent a half a day here because we have a big project we're working on. In each and every department we visited some one needed to help us. When we got to the checkout there were home depot folks volunteering to help us load our turf on to the roof of our truck and even gave us advice on the type of straps to use! Thank you Daryl, Holly, Brandy, Mark F., Carol, Tonya, Chris, Gabe and Bruce!!! Yup ALL of them provided OUTSTANDING assistance (and even real sweat equity!)

We can always count on great advice and guidance from Fred Embden. We always consult with him before making a large purchase at Home Depot. He is professional and very knowledgeable.

The cashier, Ms. Tonya, was very helpful and eager to assist if needed.

Worst experience with Ernest at west Cobb location in the paint department. Bought a $250 bucket of deck stain and when he approached me from behind the counter he was less than excited about being at work today. He saw me waiting while he was changing the printer paper and he didn't even acknowledge me stand there waiting patiently. Another buddy of his came behind the counter and we made eye contact and ignored me and was less than friendly. Earnest saw me standing out of the way with my two children waiting for the paint and when he finished it he didn't even let me know it was ready and then he walked off to do something else and I walked over and asked if it was mine and he almost couldn't utter the word yeah. I got my paint and kids with me and then he told a girl that works there he had to take a s$&t. Wow people don't appreciate a job like Home Depot any longer. Use to be a coveted job. Now it's someone that can't even smile or utter words in common communication. More worried about all his gold rings and chains. Sad group of people. He should be getting the shopping carts so he doesn't have to speak with people.

If I ever have a problem with any materials or tools they are always helpful to make sure I'm happy going out the store

Got some terrific help from Travis in the Lawn and Garden Department. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. You need to see him if you have a lawn care question.

Store is always well stocked and staffed. I usually buy more than I came for.

Could not say enough about how pleased we were to have Sherri help us with our flooring decisions. I hope you get her when shopping for flooring in this store!

I was stood up three times for delivery of my wall ovens. Stayed home all day each time, received no calls that the appliances weren't coming the first two times. I think the last time, I did get a very late call saying the items weren't on the truck, but I'd been waiting all day. Finally got the merchandise on the FOURTH try. They had to do a "dock sweep" because they couldn't find the double wall ovens!

I came in to buy paint and Heavenly did a great job managing my order and the others she had in line, all by herself none the less, while still taking the time to answer questions and interact with us which made time FLY by!

I love this Home Depot. They always have someone available to assist you and their employees have great knowledge of their products. I never have to wander around the store to find someone! I had a wonderful experience with their garden employee Chris and he is the one to ask for when you need help for any dept.

Deborah helped us out so much and with a smile.

from the second i walked in the door i had several people help me with my purchase. to get the large product on a cart and to help me load it into my truck, as well as provided additional info on my purchase. Thank you guys. Great store to shop at.
