I came in with questions regarding window replacement and I was informed Home Depot themselves will come to my home and do the install. I didn’t know that.

My husband and I needed help with some large trees and had such a great experience with Kevin, Victoria, and Yaritza. They were incredible and so helpful getting our trees onto our trailer. We don't know what we would have done without them!

I wanted a tool and an associate was there and knowledgeable about the tools, and options, and even suggested another approach when I commented on the price of the tool ($$$). But I decided to get it, and then I had 12 gift cards I wanted to apply to a tool purchase, and the self checkout store employee who is there watching the process was happy to assist me today, made the process as fast as possible, and thanked me for coming in. A nice welcome change from other cold big box stores.

I had a return that the customer service rep was extremely friendly and helpful. Then at checkout, my cashier Mel went above and beyond helping to solve an issue I was having with my store credit that I just received. Highly recommend shopping here. Mel was also super friendly and very pleasant to have working with me.

My Ryboi grass trimmer fell apart.It was less than a year old. I thought I bought a HD. You could not find a receipt. I was directed to 2 young ladies. One a Milwaukee tool rep, the other a Ryobie rep. They spent 45 min. on it. Got it fixed. Thats customer service'

Having to get a price adjustment was very difficult and I do not think the woman did the transaction correctly. Please call me for full details or review the videos if possible. Never will put up with that type of treatment. Horrible customer service.

Ok, so I've been coming back to home depot after for awhile shopping at other places (not to be named) I don't know I just love the employees and I love having the option of self checkout, and I love Home depot's locker pickup, and it's great they offer tool brands like Milwaukee Tool, the employees really make the difference though, so here's a shout out

I came to the store for paint, the store has seemed to improve since I started shopping near in 2017. Much more organized , and friendly. Can find things better and faster . Thank- you.

I purchased a new Milwaukee drill. I believe in Milwaukee tool products so I know I will enjoy working with it

Never thought of shopping for a vacuum cleaner at Home Depot. We went at about 6:30pm and it was a great experience with people on duty at that time.

I perform a lot of home repairs and garden/lawn maintenance Home Depot always has what I need to accomplish these tasks

I needed help finding what I needed in the well stocked and vast choices in the plumbing department. The only employee in the aisle was on his Bluetooth talking to someone about his personal stocks. He was talking about when he was going to sell his oil stock when a barrel of oil reached a particular price. This employee ignored me as if I wasn't there. I was up and down the aisle twice on two occasions. He obviously had no interest in helping me. I was embarrassed for his cringe worthy lack of customer service. Another employee came down the aisle and asked me almost immediately if I needed help.

It has been a long time since I have experienced such amazing customer service. I bought my first home 6 months ago, and I am doing the renovations just with my boyfriend and sister. We are not specially trained and it has been a long road. On Saturday I went shopping and had just 1 last thing to buy to finish up my reno, and that was flooring. I went to about 3 different home improvement stores before I was directed to Waukesha's Home Depot, as they had the exact flooring that I needed. I was out that day working on my house and getting materials for about 12 hours, so I was extremely tired and frustrated. I had a Uhaul to load stuff on, but I only had that for 1 day. I spoke with Karen in flooring and Darren (who I think works in gardening?) and they said that the current roll that was on the sheet flooring machine wouldnt be enough. I needed 56 feet of it, but there was some in the back. Karen was really nice and didnt want me waiting around 40 minutes for it if they werent able to get it down as it needed someone with special training or something. I explained that I didnt mind waiting as I only had the Uhaul for that one day and this was the last thing I needed. She jumped into action and her, along with Darren, and a few others, were able to get me the flooring. It was definitely less than 40 minutes as well. They were all so nice, and it just made the day end on such a positive note. My cashier Sophia was a really sweet girl. She ran into a snag with my check out but did everything she could to figure it out. Caleb who I believe was the other cashier came over to help as well. When we finally left and had to haul it into the truck, Caleb came out and helped. I am not sure if he was still on the clock at this point, but he worked with me and my boyfriend to squeeze it into the truck. I am so incredibly grateful. After such a hard day, to be treated so kindly was just amazing. Now I can finish up my renovations on my house and move in on schedule.

We bought alot for home improvement items for our home. The employees that helped us were great. We even had an employee help us load our truck!!

Every time I shop here, the employees are all very helpful & they have everything I need (never seen an empty shelf yet).

We broke your sander and came to look for replacement parts. But really couldn’t find them but the parts supervisor Rick really came through to help us figure out what we needed to fix our sander. Also explained how to fix it once we get home.
