I buy 6 ft 1x2’s to make American flags. I was once looking for a part to my Dremel and Mike went above and beyond to help me find it. Even when the part was not in the store. Also there were no more 1x2’s out and I asked the cashier who went to get Ira who found the 1x2’s and stocked the shelf and was super friendly.

Norma in appliances, is wonderful and she is an exceptional employee!! I was shopping with my Mother and special needs adult son, looking to potentially purchase an upright freezer. My son at one point was having a hard time shopping but Norma understood and was super kind to us. She even made a point to speak to my son which most people don't do because they feel the need to only deal with who is purchasing. Norma showed a great patience, understanding and kindness toward us. She was great with product knowledge and she looked things up on the computer for even more resourceful information. Norma is exemplifies what retailers nowadays need!! Someone who is kind, friendly and can help. I loved that she had an Autism Awareness ribbon on her apron! That was very reassuring to us and Norma sharing similar experiences with special needs individuals was a plus! Norma is exceptional and should be recognized for her kindness and her superb assistance!!! THANK YOU NORMA!!!!

Employees are very knowledgeable, go in ask and they can help and or point you in the right direction.

Kim in design and Sanger’s on the register helped me acquire a product not in stock, saved me an extra 50 dollars and set up military status on the app.

Eggy was great to buy there

The only thing I had an issue with was the quantities of light switches on the shelf. There were only two of the double light switches and one box was open missing parts so I was only able to get 1.

Faucet selection is awesome and most are on display so you can see it out of the box. Great for making a selection

They have any thing you could ever need for Garden and home. I walked around the whole store and saw all kinds of things that I could use. I was there for 2 hours. Loved it

Sometimes Waterbury gets a bad wrap. This store is convenient, and usually well-stocked. I have never had an issue finding what I needed or getting help from staff.

I went in to buy a few more plants and gardening soil. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, so I felt very welcomed from the start to the finish. The store was neat and organized, and the staff felt genuine!

They have a Good selection of products

Every time I shop here someone walks up to me and offers assistance.

Great Home Depot. They are the best in CT. Only Home Depot that knows what they are doing.

This store is always a dump with mismatched product on shelves, and needed products out of stock. The associates are generally useless IF you are able to find one. There are roving solicitors trying to sell you various home projects and services that are pushy and wont take no for an answer. Very irritating. Also, they try to force you to use self checkouts which i refuse to do.

Customer service employee Ganyika went Above and Beyond to make sure all my questions were answered clearly and professionally. Very pleased with visit.

Shopping at Home Depot in Waterbury, CT, lately has been a better than average experience. Their newest roster of employees get us DYI-ers. They all seem to have a keen sense making themselves available to meet customer needs, without hesitation. Kudos and Bravo!
