I was greeted by everyone and the amaryllis I was looking for was easy to find. Also needed to purchase a new freezer. Called in a couple weeks ago for info so today I knew what I wanted. The associates were very helpful and happy to help. Chelsea in appliances was knowledgeable and helped me purchase.

Was looking for a freezer and met Cheryl, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about all kitchen appliances. She was sorry that the Grandville store only had one upright style freezer on display but showed us what was available on-line and printed off several sheets of information on the freezers for us. She let us know that they would be on sale during the Black Friday event and that then would be the time to buy one, after we choose one. If you are shopping for any major appliance she's the one to see.

I would recommend Home Depot for certain things only. Ordering online and getting the correct items can be a nightmare! Item was sent, but wrong color. a knob was ordered and delivered , but it was not in the bag. How does that happen? After ordering another knob, a completely different style and color was sent. Picking and shipping need better training! Also not fond of the carpet Installing contractors. One guy was hungover and devastated the smell in my bathroom. He never asked to use it, they are not supposed to, to begin with! And he left hammer marks all over our trim. It was resolved, but it should have never happened with a qualified carpet installer. We won’t order carpet from Home Depot again. Also not happy with the choices of drawer hardware, a lot of it is just outdated and minimal choices in stock to choose from. Not happy with Home Depot right now.

Great store clean well stocked, employees friendly and helpful. They have what you need or will order it for you. The Pro desk is great if you need help with your project they will assist as needed.

Home Depot is a very good service for me/ stores very clean

It was a very busy Saturday at the store. I asked a cashier to get us assistance with keys, she did so immediately and then checked with us a few minutes later to let us know she had sent out the request for help. Chase came to help and was very very friendly young man. I appreciate how helpful everyone was on such a busy day.

this store met our needs. they were willing to order what we needed. we had the help we needed, the store seemed clean, people were available to help.

While installing a deck railing we needed extra items that were not included with our ‘kit’. Thankfully we were helped by Chase! This young man was knowledgeable, helpful and had superior customer service skills. This Home Depot will be our chosen store for all our home projects because of the exemplary service we received there.

Employees don’t care. Often pass blame between online and in store. Too many “policies” to make any effort to help customers. Products are not handled with care.

We were very pleased with the service we received while shopping for a new refrigerator. Chelsea was very informative and found us a better deal than the one we had originally chosen. Everyone there was more than willing to help us with what we needed from the clerk who called for help in the kitchen area which was not his to care for and also checked on us later to make sure we were helped, to Chelsea who handled everything we needed very professionally. It was a very pleasant experience and will surely return there again. Everything looked very presentable there.

Great store clean. Good selection , If not in stock they special order what is needed. Everyone is helpful and good knowledge of products in store.

I have shopped in this store since it has opened and have never seen it look more organized then it does today! Great job Home Depot!

It was easy to find what I needed and the self checkout was easy and when I was $.09 short of funds Zack stepped in and paid it for me. He was the customer service young man at the self checkout. Thank you Zack!!
