Customers are ignored. Employees watching videos on phones and laughing while customers just stand there waiting.

Bought paint online and got back home (2 hours away) and they didn't mix it. It was only base. Bought a storm door and they forgot hardware. They are forcing me to drive 4 hours roundtrip to fix their mistakes. Do not shop at this location. Online customer service was no help.

If you need paint for a project, Jose R is the person to see. He is friendly, knowledgeable and AWESOME! He made sure we had what we needed and got the correct product for what we needed. He was Amazing!!

I shop at Home Depot in Oklahoma and Texas for work. This particular Home Depot the best employees I have seen. They get you in and out. You never leave feeling rushed. It’s the one place I know I can do a mobile order and receive it during my lunch break. I’m not sure if she is a manager but Katie at Customer Service, if you ever feel like a career change, I’d hire you.

Very helpful employees and polite. Kay, Bert and Colton were A-1 with their customer service and greatly appreciated. Thank ya'll!!!

Stan is the man! I was looking for a particular product and rather than giving me an idle number, he walked me directly to the exact product I was there for. May not seem like much to some but being in a customer facing business myself, it spoke volumes to me and was a great service experience. If you go in and can’t find what you need, ask for Stan!

I would just like to say that I appreciate the smiling faces and knowledgeable people at my Preferred Home Depot. From the top of the management all the way down.

Cashier/Customer Service was awesome, will definitely be back. Location and parking lot can be busy at times, but this the prime Home Depot spot for West Oklahoma City.

If you want to feel like you really matter, try this Home Depot store #3908 and experience a wonderful clerk called HEAVEN. Not only was she professional, she followed us out to the car and returned my mother's motor cart before ending her shift. For that alone I will always be a Home Depot customer.

I manage a parts store and had several customers wanting the 20V Heat Guns that I was looking for. Sheyla went above and beyond in not only finding two of the items on the shelf but also finding two more in the back. Then she went even further to call other stores til she found two more. I was very impressed with Sheyla’s expertise as a young person in giving an A+ customer service rating.

Went in to purchase a few things and Selene at the register was super sweet and explained everything.
