I had the BEST, most uplifting check-out experience with the cashier in the garden center today!! Home Depot is my favorite home hardware store, not only because they carry great products but because of employees like Lou. I'd like to share that, my husband recently passed and today was a particularly rough day. My best friend told me to grab my handbag, we're going to Depot. She knows me very well. We met such an amazing cashier while checking out today. As you can guess, his name is Lou. Lou was so personable, funny and kind. Lou made a difference in my day and it felt great to walk away with a smile on my face!!! Thank you Lou, you made my day :)

There is nothing like a friendly smile or joke to make a boring shopping trip better! Lou at this store is a gem! He's sweet and genuinely interested in his customers!!

Clean store, quality products, and the worst Customer Service employee I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Lazy, rude, disinterested, unhelpful, and downright wretched and miserable. Yaritza is her name, and disgraceful customer service is her game. A truly pathetic employee. Everyone else in the store was nice and fine, and I’m happy with the products I purchased.

As challenging times continue, I was pleasantly surprised by how many kind staff I dealt with at Home Depot. Customer service was perfect!

I WAS HAVING FINDING SOME ITEMS IN THE GARDEN SECTION. JOE HELPED US OUT RIGHT AWAY. EVEN THOUGH THE DEPARTMENT WAS BUSY, HE TOOK THE TIME TO HELP US WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE.

I went to Home Depot, already disappointed with that other big unhelpful improvement store, without great expectations. However, imagine my thrill to find helpful, caring employees who had a smile you could feel even with a mask on!

I have already submitted a review of the West Nyack store.

Bad experience, ordered new kitchen cabinets which were in store. I was told they would take them off the shelves and have them ready for me the following week for my contractor to pick up. This did not happen! I was on the phone with them for over a half hour as they could not find my order. I was hung up on passed around from person to person! Terrible customer service.

Hermine and Kristy at the customer service desk were terrific. Anyone who needs assistance should absolutely try to solicit their help.

I was at the west Nyack Home Depot store yesterday. And being a woman, going to Home Depot to purchase anything is very uncomfortable and uneasy. I don’t know where to find stuff pretty much. And I’m not savvy with any appliance or equipment that has to do with the home even tho I own one. I was very fortunate to meet one store employee called Monique. She was extremely receptive right away to me. I think she was God sent!! She made me feel comfortable at the store. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Her great service made me even go far as applying for a Home Depot store card which offered me a discount. So, I was very happy with the service from Monique. I hope I can meet people like her every time I come to Home Depot. Thank you Monique for your great service!

Staff very helpful each time we visited this location. If you need to cut lumber Joe would do it with a smile . If you need help immediately someone would ask you what you need.
