I prepared and measured before going on line to see what flooring would be best for me. There were plenty of options and the ordering was fast and easy. The individual who came to measure was quick and professional. The install proposal was ready same day. The installation is pending, but if it goes as well as the ordering process, I'll be very happy.

This place is the best in everything you need for your home, the best service from this guy Maikel Ramirez, he was very kind and professional thanks to him and his help I found everything quickly and easily thank you so much for your help

I have been going for a long time to this Home Depot and unfortunately the male employees are extremely rude, they ignore you, nasty attitude and they even yell at you. This time I complained to the supervisor because this is unacceptable, disgusting, humiliating, and an act of discrimination, as a customer, I deserve satisfactory service and they as salaried employees have They need to learn good customer service, or if they don't like dealing with women they should go to another place. This is unacceptable

I am taking from my personal time to write this survey because Luz is an exceptional employee and will like to have Home Depot management recognize her for all that she is, does and makes us as customers very satisfied with her service. Great applause for this unique lady, THANK YOU Luz !!!

I brought a new refrigerator on 01/18/24. I use a wheelchair to get around. The salesman (Kenneth) said they will place the new refrigerator where the old one was. The delivery man said they didn’t do that, than left the refrigerator in the middle of my garage and left. I called customer service and they said it wasn’t their fault and couldn’t do anything about it. Now I have to pay someone to move it for me since I’m in a wheelchair. This is not right at all.

Had a problem with my on-line order that was damaged while enrout and then was delivered to another place , but Eliana in customer service solved my problem by reordering it and should have it in a few days .great job👍

I purchased limestone retaining wall blocks this morning at the West Kendall store (15750 Sw 88 St, Miami, FL 33196). I needed help since there weren't enough blocks on display for my project. I want to compliment Joe & Rachel for providing quick and excellent help. They were great!

Amazing how crappy the customer service is at Home Depot, especially in the paint department. It’s rare to find an employee who is willing to provide good customer service. After an unpleasant experience in the paint department today, I encountered Lia as I was waiting to check out. She was very friendly and polite and offered assistance. Home depot needs to hire more employees who really want to interact and help customers (like Lia). Most of the employees act like they hate their job and are absolutely miserable. I’d go elsewhere if I had more options!

I enjoyed the checkout experience at this store. The process was quick and easy with no hiccups at all.
