I think that the store can have more associates that acknowledge customers and ask if they need any assistance or have any questions I noticed that they lack that

Assistant managers are horrible (David and Johnny- especially David). Both very condescending and unwilling to resolve customer’s issue. I hope corporate addresses these two individuals. Even worse, he’s (David) rude to his own employees in front of customers. I guess this is what happens when you get your managerial training from a 20 minute online training video. Anyway, I will be talking to store manager soon. Hopefully, she’ll be better.

Understaffed to rental department Associates not knowledgeable about Penske Truck Rental. The female Paint desk associate was not customer friendly.

Ernest was very helpful he is the the type of employee that keeps me coming back.

They never seem to have a very good selection of anything here (plants, building materials) and the customer service I have received is sub-par. Multiple times I've had to wait 20+ minutes for pine straw, even during non-busy times. I only go to this location out of convenience, but I greatly prefer other locations over this store.

I received excellent service from the associate in the appliance department and at the check out counter. Very nice store and has everything one could want in was of home improvement.

This is by far the worst home depot I ever been to. Will call pick ups take forever. Delivery orders are always damaged.

The store was unorganized at the time but it was probably due to the COVID pandemic situations.

Inept employees

When you go for lumber in early mornings hunt up Calvern before you start for start for pleasant , professional customer service and quicker.

People word of mouth regarding home depot is that you can never find customer service help in the store, The reason people come is because the price is very reasonable. I prefer great customer service over cost any day. when you are spending someone else money you have to go where they say.

I was able to find the items I was shopping for. However, when I went to check out, I greeted the Associate/Cashier with "How are you doing?" No reply. After she scanned my items, she broke out in laughter!?? I guess that she was distracted and using her "Bluetooth" device and carrying on a conversation. At least, I hope that was the reason for her inexplicable and inappropriate outburst.

This store is useually neat and well stocked. The sales associates and floor staff members are courteous and willing to assist.

Regardless if I live in Gwinnett County or if I live in DeKalb County I have always made my way to this store and Tucker because they've always been well-stocked people have always helped you the managers have always been understanding and even with some of my events or some of the situations I've ended up in the Tucker store has always helped me get through the hardest of times trying to fix doors and trying to fix my roof

Mike was absolutely exceptional! He caught me searching aimlessly and approached me to ask what he could help with. He had me at hello! He took me to the cabinet aisle took my list and got straight to work. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I would need to complete the project. Once he was done he told me I could continue to shop and he would make sure everything was at checkout. I never leave reviews, but Mike was exceptional Find him if you are headed to the Tucker HD!! Thank you so much for everything!

The paint department had a tough job of matching a paint. They worked tirelessly to get the color right!

Emploees were available & helpful.

Like most Home Depots, this location is nice and always neat. You can always find assistance on the floor.

This store has been "my" store for a decade, we've shopped there a lot from when we renovated and moved in, thru today. On Saturday I discovered a completely renovated Checkout experience -- all Self-Checkout. Not a problem at most stores, home improvement or grocery or otherwise (unless you're a trained tho now-job-hunting cashier), except this Home Depot REMOVED their practical checkout spaces and replaced them with desks with no room on top for items, and a price gun instead of countertop / flatbed scanner. My hands are cracked, I'm sure plenty of handymen & women's hands have injuries, maybe cover their mouths when they sneeze, or hold their children's germy hands as they go thru the store...? You used to be able to get in and out only touching your own items, but now to check out you HAVE to pick up the price gun handled by how many before you? I sound like a germaphobe, that's fair, but this checkout is likely to be dirtier than, for example, a grocery store's. I'm baffled why Home Depot would now require everyone wrap their hands around the same equipment and spread whatever's been left behind. If I missed a "classic" self-checkout still there, or human cashier, I'm happy to learn about it.

Favorite Home Depot, because of the friendly workers. Always make me feel welcomed.

The store is clean and customer service is great. Plants are beautiful and healthy looking. Also the checkout time is good.
