I am currently working on a Bathroom remodel project and Josh who was covering Construction area made my shopping journey the smoothest and enjoyable one ever compared to previous Home Depot visits. He answered my questions and helped me picking all items I needed and cut all cement and playwood boards. He even made sure to load my items after I rented their Truck. Josh is really a Role Model we would love to see on-site on ever visit to Home Depot. He makes you feel you are HOME. Thank You Josh

I went to buy a range hood staff was very helpfull and friendly

asked for cashiers name she responded with "cant your read!!" had to get a manager to control this animal.

Super fast, very helpful, and amazing at what she does!

He was super helpful, working with me to find a fridge that met my very specific requirements. Made the appliance process easy without any pressure.

Appreciated the help I received from Virgil. Listened to my problems, answered my questions and I was able to purchase what I needed from his suggestions.

I needed help with a project. Matt asked if there was anything he could help me with. I was looking for a way to make a arm and hand move on a cardboard/ crochet bank I am working on. I told him what I wanted and the thought of how to do it and Matt jumped right in and he talked about he helped me find what I needed to make it work.

This is a great store, always supplied well, and the staff is very helpful.

I’ve been buying a certain type of paint from Home Depot for years, and over those years this particular paint has been getting steadily more expensive and seemingly lately it has been getting more rare to get. This particular visit I’ve found that cases of this paint are readily available in two colors but not the one I need, however cases were present. The store matched the case-pricing (as they should have, logically) but could have been fully within their scope not to do so, and that is the epitome of customer service and I’m appreciative beyond words

Went in for a specific item. Employee went out of his way to find what I wanted. Checkout person very courteous.

Ameer went above and beyond pulling the last work bench out of the stockroom for us. He then coordinated the forklift to get the 300 pound item onto our truck. Excellent customer service. Extremely polite and helpful young man.

I HIGHLY SUGGEST ALL REGULAR CONSUMERS STAY AWAY FROM HOME DEPOT! EMPLOYEES ONLY HELP THE BIG SPENDING CUSTOMERS! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYBODY BUT THE CONTRACTORS AND BUSINESSMEN AND NOT ABOUT EVERY CUSTOMER!!!

If you want help with wood, Dylan is the one to ask for. I would have bought the wrong thickness, until Dylan mentioned it should be thicker or it would snap!

Gardening could definitely use more employees. I always have a hard time finding someone that has knowledge of plants.

Mitch at Electrical not only was professional but went out of his way to help me find the items I was looking for and kept a smile on his face and seemed genuinely happy to assist me. When I went to check out Debbie continued the great service as she greeted me with a big smile which made my day!

Have shopped at this Home Depot for many, many years. We went last Friday and placed an order and picked up some materials we needed. We were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and engaged the employee's were throughout the whole store. Nice Change, keep up the great job!!!

Generally when I shop this Home Depot I get excellent customer service. You must be doing something right.

Love this store. Great cast of regular employees. Some of the less frequent employees are less pleasant… but they’re just kids. Staff on the whole is attentive and chill, down to help you look for something, which happens a lot because the inventory numbers are never right. Clean, cool and has what I need. Thanks guys! Favorite store in Phoenix!

Great selection and quality products. My contractor mostly purchases his supplies at the Home Depot.

Please acknowledge the manager who trained these employees. This store is outstanding for ethics, training and teamwork. Please promote and share the education program with these employees, so you can keep all of them. You're blessed with a wonderful group of employees, and I felt safe. Please acknowledge them as a team they made my shopping experience great and I came home and called my friends and shared with them about the new mop bucket Daisy convinced me to buy. The one with two buckets I did not know existed.

Love Home Depot but today trued to call THREE different stores close to me to.olace a large client phone order. Got dropped twice, placed on hold in the phone puzzle palace for 10 minutes. Running a business dies not allow a supplier to just not answer. Call me back, fine... but not answer at theee different Pro Desks??? Management is not staffing this critical department well. I can't be the only one!
