Patrick in customer service is rude and not helpful. He acts like he doesn’t even want to be there and it’s a horrible representation

There were limited products probly due to blizzard weather. The plumber guy was really nice & resourceful. But the lead of cashiers was a horrible experience based on allowing 3 cashiers including the lead stared intently as I attempted to self check out.i even saw the lead take a pic of me so I took a pic of all 3 of them staring at me. I emailed it to the district manager to see if he thought this was protocol training as all others in the store were preparing for a big day staying very busy. Around 6 am after completing my scanning I was told I could not use cash. The scan had over maby 60+ items totalling over 200$ +. when I did need help the lead was pretty nasty to me. She also sawt me out when I first got there waiting at the door not to be let in b4 6am for sure. I was wearing cartharts bibs and same coat ( outerware) this person gave me grief from the time I got there and stalked me while I was there and acted like she wanted to start a fight with me several times. Nasty attitude. After I threatened to leave everything there my other option was for 2nd starer to pull a receipt and tell me to go to a regular check out she really didn't care whether I left product there or not. The lady at #1 cashier was trained properly & was very nice. There was no one to help me load my materials & the stalker lead rushed over to the cashier at # 1 to continue the gossip. I've never had an experience like that anywhere - I was treated inappropriately and biased, hatefully & very unbecomimg from a lead person. The other associates maintained a very friendly professional atmosphere .However the ones under this ones leadership are the victims of gossip and inappropriate ways to treat customers as if we were public enemy #1. I followed up by returning every single item as I wanted no part of this episode in my life, & I exposed the drama. Granted most the employees do a great job but when management takes an interest in picking and choosing who gets to shop at THIER store ..well you get it...

I always get great customer service from here. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant.

It took two phone calls and will end up being 4 visits along with speaking with several associates and managers, but our issues was finally resolved.

You definitely need more employees like Brittany B she is absolutely very professional and energetic if I owned a Business this is the kind of employee that I would want And that I would strive to have!! Awesome job Brittany B. You definitely gave me a wow experience

Not helpful at all. Bring your own help if you need to load heavy items. I had to call the store from inside the store for assistance and still no help. Had to load and unload heavy item alone.

Fatema is an awesome associate needs to get a raise. The whole store is great.

Paul Simon walked us through the process of buying an exterior door. He took the time and was very thorough in all the steps to make sure I understood everything. He was very patient with me and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend him to friends and family members when shopping for doors.

We had a great experience with Home Depot in Temple, Texas due to the excellent service that Rachel Burkhouse provided us. Rachel was knowledgeable of the options and products available and went above and beyond to help us.

I have been a customer of Home Depot for decades and have always been totally satisfied with the service and products.

This location generally carries a good variety of products, but due to nationwide Covid they do have some shortages currently. Well lit and generally speaking the employees are helpful when asked. Persons we have encountered at the entrance and exits have been friendly and welcoming.

Home Depot is well lit and the employees are generally friendly and willing to help. Great variety of products offered, assuring that you will find something to buy, whether you intended to or not. Great place for impulse buying. ( :

They had the products I was looking for, but most importantly, the associates were helpful, friendly, and were knowledgeable about the products in their department.

Great visit today in Temple Tx. Found everything I had on my list and great prices. Very helpful employees as well as a fresh mask at the front door and a free bottle of water. Great location.

Ghost Town,can not find anyone

This store is much more organized than the store in Killeen as you can walk through the aisle with ease. The employees were ready to assist me with obtaining the items I was looking for. This store also is cleaner than other stores I have been to.

Had a wonderful experience with the appliance department. They not only helped me on the phone, trying to locate a store in the area that had a certain appliance in the floor for me to see, but completed our sales transaction in a very timely manner, and encouraged us to contact them if ANYTHING didn’t go smoothly.

Great products and items.....reasonable prices. Plus I enjoy my military discount.

I was shocked at the poor service and disrespect from the staff in this store. The gentleman over the flooring department was too busy sitting and flirting to assist anyone for an hour. I had to hunt down someone to actually get assistance with the flooring products. The young man over the paint department was completely useless. He did not have any knowledge of the products and stated the one coat Behr complete coverage was only as good as the person applying it and it had to be done a specific way, but when I questioned the process, he said you have to buy the best brushes and rollers and do it right. He then walked away and after 30 minutes of waiting, I was unable to even purchase the paint. The young man protecting the “Exit” door from anyone entering, was also refusing to allow anyone to exit through it as well even though his colleagues told them to let us out, forcing everyone out in a downpour and hail to go around the pallets and come back under the covering to load their goods in to their vehicles. One woman was in tears at the treatment, she was soaked as well as her wood she just purchased. Multiple people claimed to be the manager, but could not get this guy under control and then stating they would get the store manager. It was a nightmare and not what I am used to experiencing at any store, let alone a Home Depot.
