Shout out to your cashier Teresa was amazing!

Employees where great helped me to the best of there ability made sure my needs where meet

Each time we order something to be picked up we are greeted promptly and have the ordered item in just a few minutes. Everyone is very nice and doesn't keep us waiting. The isles in the store are nice and wide. Helps a lot as husband is in a walker.

I bought a new tool today, the store was nice well stocked, soon after I got there a representative asked if there was something he could help with, and was very helpful.

Employees are always knowledgeable and very helpful.

The team at this location was so warm and friendly and genuinely cared about helping their customers. They helped me with a return and purchase an additional thing I needed online within minutes. They had me in and out quickly and made the experience feel effortless. Great group of people working here. Great store!

First time at this Home Depot, will not be my last. I would drive across town just visit this store. Staff is fantastic, Mr. Kelly, Mr. Chris, and Mr. Randy

I know this store pretty well and it looked nice and clean. The employees working the floor did not engage with customers. I am used to always being greeteed by employees and being asked if "Can I help you find anything" this doesn't happen at this store and there were plenty of associates standing around. I love depot so I won't bash but the employees need to be more helpful

Cudis to the young man who helped me to the front of the store. With the stuff I couldn't carry by myself. Nice job in customer service!

Derek in Appliances was fast, informative, and helped us to get the best product for the best deal. He walked us through each step and answered all of my questions. I would shop here again because of him.

Popped in for some clear leaf bags (which they were unfortunately out of) but really appreciate the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. I like shopping at the Delaware location.

Had a great visit all guys seemed pleased to see us and helped us find everything we needed. The cashier could have acted the same but maybe she is just having a bad day.

I was looking for a portable tire pump because driving to a filling station to get air is not fun. Aaron and Loren went the extra mile explaining pros and cons of couple of options and finding the battery and charger for the pump I purchased. I appreciated their help and attitude.

Our salesperson, Bob Richey was fast and attention to all the details. More so after he found out I was a 97 year old Combat Veteran of WW II. and lost my hearing.

Im in HD almost everyday and I'm on first mane basis with most of the staff. As a remodeler I am in stores all over tulsa. HD on Deleware is by far/ hands down the best. The store is organized and clean, the staff is helpful and friendly and Im treated like i matter to them not just some guy. I will alway keep coming back. Kudos to Dave, Katie, Julian, Brian, Rich(but i dont see him much) You make my job eaisier. Thank you to all of you Todd Shust Victory Remodeling

I went in to purchase products to care for my plants and had no idea what I needed. Lynn took the time to educate me on what I needed for the climate and soil that I have here in Oklahoma. She was VERY knowledgeable and friendly! Lynn is what made the trip worth it!

Cedar 4x4x8 was straight and had very few knots.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator that quit after only 5-6 weeks. After almost a month of the worst customer service we've ever experienced with a company trying to deal with Frigidaire/Electrolux, the issue was resolved (with the Frigidaire employee hanging up on us after we tried to find out more information regarding our refund). We contacted Home Depot customer service and Tracy made sure we were taken care of from that point forward. She and Dawn (manager) went to action and began getting everything processed while I was on the phone. That evening, we went to the store to finalize the process and find a new refrigerator and the assistant manager (Kristen) took extremely good care of us, along with Kendra. As horrible as our experience dealing with Frigidaire was, our experience with Home Depot was the exact opposite and made us feel very valued as customers and people in general.
