I've been to Home Depot stores all over the country. I have never been to one before where EVERYONE knows where EVERYTHING is in the store. Everyone is LOOKING for someone to help! They are all friendly and personable. This store will be our store permanently!

Very helpful staff

Excellent Store and Great Service

The hiring pool here is noticably worse than at other locations. The customer service, employee conduct, and overall age median is closer to that of a fast food restaurant than what's normal at Home Depot. I expect a poor attitude and bad customer service at your local burger joint, not when I'm purchasing materials to improve my home.

Store #0413 is the best!

Great help when needed and they are honest. If they don't have they tell you where to get it, like a miracle on 34th street when Macy's Santa Clause helped the public. Usually they have whatever I need and in today's example Christine called for Paul to help in Plumbing and then She helped me with my competitors coupon. This keeps me coming back to this store.

Female management is rude and indifferent and the males are absolutely angry!

If you have a project large or small take it from a 30-year general contractor go see this store ask for Laura at the pro desk memo assistant manager, or Dana the store manager this store is amazing they set the bar in excellence. I drive 25 miles out of my way to go to the store that's how great your experience will be thanks Dana I appreciate you guys.

the return for my tile was made very simple and fast!

Store 0413 was a good establishment to shop at , all the employees I came across were well mannered and knew their department very well. I would be glad to come shop at 0413 again .

I realize I went early kn morning by 900am. I was greeted with high and good morning. But trying to find someone was hard. Had to ask employee to contact someone for help. After10 minutes no one came. I asked again and finally someone came.

This store is clean and always full of helpful associates. Monique up front and Arturo in the plumbing, electrical, and tool section are wonderful assets to this Home Depot by being helpful and knowledgeable. The products I needed were in stock. The associates not only showed me what I was looking for, but helped me design my project in a more efficient way. The prices at this Home Depot are similar to other box stores, but the service puts them high above the rest.

I love MY Home Depot store! I believe that the management of this store does an excellent job of selecting employees and training them in customer service. Most employees seem cheerful and eager to help. I appreciate that more motorized carts have been purchased for handicapped customers like me and that employees are making an effort to keep them charged and available. The management of this store seems especially responsive to my suggestions and complaints when I have any. Special shout-out to Jaime, Jay, Enrique, Adam, and Kayla, who are always there for me.

i would recommend this store

I have personally gotten to know many of the employees there because we are regulars. The store is always clean and in order and everyone always has a smile on their face and willing to help. We received assistance promptly and was very helpful and have us great tips and advice. He also reminded us about much needed accessories we almost forgot.

We had a great experience at this Home Depot. Tammy was very helpful with what we needed and the cashier Liz was speedy and efficient. Shawn the garden associate was able to load our grill for us. Just great all around service in this store!

Excellent customer service . I was shopping for ceiling fans with my children, an associate named Paul came right over to me asked how he could help . From start to finish he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to shop at this location were they privpro this outstanding customer service.

The store is clean and isles are cleary marked making it easy to find what I needed. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I had a great shopping AND return experience. Most of the time they had the items that I wanted. And the store was very clean.

The store was very easily accessible. It was clean and everything was in stock and the assistance that I received from the employees Alfredo and Tammy was great! They were extremely helpful and willing to walk me to the products that I needed assistance in.

Everyone is usually very friendly and helpful at this particular Home Depot. I usually go to this one.
