the person in charge of the Electrical Dept. including lights is very knowledgable and willing to help. Unfortunately he is not always available. If I was to pick one area in the store where I have had the most difficulty in getting knowledgable help it is in this part of the store. Given that I am finishing the basemen of my house, this is an area where I have spent a great deal of time. I should not have to get a the store manager involved in getting help. Just a thought.

The customer service at this store is really unparalleled in 2019: it is night and day when compared to their competitor right down the road. The store is always clean, and the cashiers are always friendly. The variety of of products on the shelf is really varied, and the Home Depot app allows for great planning prior to gong to the store. Little thing, but the self checkout makes things really go smoothly if you just want to get in and out. Love shopping at this Home Depot (maybe too much according to my wife).

The home Depot Rocks. I like that receipts are emailed. Nivia from appliance is a very experienced, wonderful and knowledgeable associate. I would definitely go back to shop.

Josh and Kaleb were such polite and helpful gentlemen, I was very impressed. I actually went in twice, and the second time was minutes before closing. They STILL took their time in getting my wood cut very perfectly. I did not sense any unwillingness to help; or being hurried at all. I came home and it worked without a HITCH! The fact that there were actually pleasant and efficient people at the 'ready-willing-and-able' to help me in 'Lumber'; was only made better by the fact that my project is perfectly finished now! Thank you Kaleb and Josh!!!!!!!!!!!

A couple months ago we began researching flooring for our home remodel. Lance asked if he could help and by the time we were done with all of our questions, he had laid out two different floors right out in the showroom for us to see the bigger picture. Then moving them to the appliance area so we could be sure we were matching our new appliances too. It enabled us to make the right choice. He gave us great decorating/color advice and answered all our questions and never made us feel like he had to hurry. We also met Jesse when we returned to actually make the purchase and were once again pleased with the friendly and helpful customer service. We definitely recommend this store, especially Lance and Jesse.

My Home depot has been my go to place for home projects, special sales and merchandise to satisfy my needs for many, many years and I am recognized by personnel in a friendly helpful way each time I stop in.

I'm very pleased with this particular Home Depot. The customer service I've received over the years has been above average. I've purchased many products that have enhanced the funtionality and appearance of my home. The store is always clean, organignzed and pleasant to visit for my home needs.

Excellent service from the first clerk who helped to the last clerk who loaded my car. Found the right products that I needed for my yard. The clerks took the time to answer my questions and suggested various products that I needed to complete my front yard project. I have never encountered such clerks who got the answers to my questions either from other associates or researching the internet.

The Stafford Home Depot is well organized and staffed with good knowledgeable help. Over the last 8 years of using this HD I only had one issue with an employee that did not have an answer but did know where to find it.
