I am brand new to St. Augustine and have had to shop at Home Depot multiple times recently for a new house. I found the staff so friendly and actually going out of their way to help me with all my needs. A much better experience than the Home Depot back in Pennsylvania!

getting into parking lot can be a nightmare due to chick fillet traffic then if you have the tents set up in parking lot no where to park

This is a smaller Home Depot but it is friendly staffed. My guess it that it was originally meant to serve St Augustine when it was much smaller but the town is growing too big for this store. I'd love to see them build another store on the south side of town between St. Augustine and Palm Coast!

If you're lucky enough to get the attention of someone on the floor, they generally have no product knowledge, and are often more of a nuisance, than helpful. It seems the Home Depot staff, and management, couldn't care less if they had my business. And they don't! On the flip side of this review: "Thank you", to Stan, and Janice, at the Pro-desk, for their courteous assistance during my last two (otherwise unpleasant) visits. Perhaps these two should do some 'service' training for the rest of the staff?

If you worry about your safety during COVID-19 I wouldn’t go to thIs store. Most of the employees do not wear masks and they do not stay 6 feet away from you when you ask them a question. My husband is on oxygen and is high-risk and I am over 70. I won’t go back in the store as they put me at risk for the virus. Also they sold me pine straw that they didn’t have and made Me go back in to get a refund... This is what the guy outside in the garden section told me. Terrible experience for me!

I had a great time building my first home made Kayak Dolly. The first employee was name Al, he encouraged me to do it with a damaged one I brought to the store. He helped me get everything I needed to do the job. I had a great time, but had a problem and came back to the store and Gieger was there to help me.. I did a great job that I came back and make another Kayak Dolly. Next I made a Kayak Rack..
