Every time I come into this location I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Always ample amounts of product on shelves. Lots of options also the fact they offer home improvement specialist for installation. I could shop at other locations but prefer this store.

Excellent staff and great inventory of items. This store by far is one of the cleanest, amicable, and efficient hardware stores I have visited in the past.

Just have to give a shout out to Brandi of the hardware department. One of my best in store experiences only because of her expert knowledge in so many different home areas and her genuine politeness. Spanaway Home Depot has a Gem of an employee, Brandi and it made my experience remarkable today!

This Home Depot is a great store to shop in. Most all the staff is always friendly and very helpful, especially electrical and paint departments. Today I had a great experience with the returns department, who I feel went above and beyond expectations. Great job!

For the most part it is a good store to shop at. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they often don't have registers open and I feel like they are trying to force me to use self checkout. I refuse to do that. At times I have had to take my purchases to the return counter to get checked out. I feel that is not treating me like a valued customer and not consistent with your otherwise good customer service.

I've always had an overall positive experience with Home Depot. the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the small area for loading when you buy a large amount of materials. that area should be for loading only NOT!!!! for parking so, you can run in and grab something real fast on your way to a job site. THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE WORLD, we're all busy, we're all pushed for time, blocking a loading space so you can run in and grab two post supports... SHAME on the Home Depot Management teams for letting this happen (I've seen this at every Home Depot I've ever shopped at). PARKING FOR LOADING ONLY!!!!!

Had good service from Peggy in appliances, there was a bit of a wait for my purchase to be brought out, but all was well.

The Pacific Avenue store always has friendly staff ready to help in my search. The store aisles are wide and clean. Lots of fun items to look at for future projects.

Trying to find help in the store has been a challenge, along with finding what you need at this store. I have gone here a few times and people working there are never around or chit chatting among themselves. When you finally find someone to help, they act like you are bothering them. I have been to HD around the country and this by far is the worse I have seen. Products you need, look at the home depot web site first before making a trip here, they do not seem to stock very well here. I have found other HD stores a few more miles away and some competitors have a better selection

I shop at this Home Depot and have always been pleased. If they made a mistake, which they have in the past, they admitted the mistake and corrected. Great customer service and the specific representative for Ryobi and products is a great idea.

Friendly and helpful associates. Store is clean. Sometimes I like to just look around and the associates don't hassle you.

This store has a lot of helpful employees and is probably the most generously staffed Home Depot I had the good fortune to shop at. But, that can't make up for a corporate policy that does not support them. I purchased an appliance (refrigerator) recently and was schooled (for assuming/thinking most retail appliance sellers where similar in warranty, installation and delivery procedures). Buyer Beware!

As long as you stop at the customer service desk to ask for directions and availability of the product then you should do well in this store...

Want to keep people employed at this store? Insist on going through a checkout line rather than self check. Home Depot need to have more associates at the registers. They also need to have better stock and color options at every store. If they would like a premium price, you need a premium product and selection.

Very friendly staff and all willing to help you in any way they can. Young gal Beckey was very helpful and went way above and beyond in helping me out. I would return to this store just because of the helpful staff!

Bob in garden was extremely helpful. Anyone can sell a product but how many can take you on a journey like Bob did for me. The only thing now is that Bob is moving to plumbing tomorrow. I know he will still give the same excellent customer service in that department.

Always willing to help or find the answer you are looking for. The cashier at the pro desk in the morning, is super, she always has a smile and willing to help.

Pro Desk needs some serious help. The idea doesn't seem like it was completely thought out as no one knows where your products are and you have to run all over the store to get things.

The people are knowledgeable and helpful. I have always had a good experience here.

This is a great store, the people are super whenever you need help. But the parking lot in DANGEROUS. The shrubbery need to cut to below windshield level. You simply cannot see at intersections. It get worse every year.

Smaller with less inventory than Puyallup but still pretty well stocked

Staff is great, buy a lot of things here. The online site needs help though it's happened a couple times where it says an item is in stock so I go to get it and it's not in stock so I have to go to another store, very frustrating.

The line is long for the only cashier they have in lumber. The staff who work the "Self-service", the only other option are very poorly trained for the most part.

We didn’t have a typical request. We were replacing carpet with another party involved. We were able to find the carpet we wanted, at a great price and everything was broken down in a manner we understood. The payment was split between two separate parties and the transaction was seamless. Thank you Ms. Peggy for all of your help.

I always get greeted and always friendly service

I was able to locate the tools I wanted and had questions which the employee AND a Ryobi representative were able to answer. Both people were friendly and helpful. The store is laid out nicely. However, today, there were stacks of stuff for sale in front of cash registers which cause a problem with customers. Other than that issue, the experience was fine. I will shop here again.

last three visits here were terrible, lousy customer service, and they do not care.
