As soon as I went to the Vinyl floor area a lady asked me if i needed help to which I said yes. It was the easiest and fastest sale I have ever made. I bought 30 boxes of vinyl floor planks. Thanks Diana for your friendly and prompt help.

Very easy to find what you need

I was assisted by MaryLynne with a cabinet/counter renovation. She was extremely helpful choosing the cabinets, assisting with counter top choosing and multiple after purchase issues. She was my primary contact throughout the process. She ensured it was completed and we were well taken care of.

There is a mask requires sign at the entrance. While going thru the store I noticed 3 20-something young men in the store without masks even though masks are required. I don't expect there to be "mask police" at the entrance or roaming the store. When I went thru the self checkout I notice these 3 young men chatting with a store associate. The associate never told the 3 young me to put on a mask. There are other home improvement stores in the area I'll shop at instead

I especially like the rental section at this location, I was completely surprised at the extensive inventory of tools and equipment available. Unfortunately, the machine I needed was rented out, but: The rep that waited on me referred me to a competitor near by who had what I needed. That is great customer service, and I'll be back when the need arises.

The only way to check out is thru Self CheckOut. You need use a hand scanner and touch screen to check out. NO ONE sanitizes the area after customers. With Covid- 19 this is very dangerous. When I spoke to the manager regarding the issue he told me I should live in a bubble.

The store was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The women who was working the customer service counter today was extremely rude. I expect better from Home Depot.

I had a Wonderful Experience at the South County Home Depot!!!!! I went to purchase some signs for my property. I looked up the location of the items I needed online before my visit. The Home Depot Website gives the exact location of the items that you need. This is EXTREMELY helpful because the store is gigantic. I found what I needed and headed to the checkout area. There was a customer service person by the name of Linda asking to help me. I asked Linda if I could get 2 more holes drilled into 2 of the signs. She rang me out and then I followed her to an area where another Home Depot person was happy to drill the holes for me. I do NOT have a drill. I am a baker by trade and not very handy in the repair department.This Made My Day!!!!!! Thank You Home Depot!!!

Jerrie in the flooring department is awesome. Recommend working with her if you are looking flooring and/or installation.

They were proactive, kind, got me what I needed quickly, and helped me make a few decisions (9/11 and 9/12 shopping activities). I couldn't be more grateful and wanted them to have some recognition. Thanks! Specifically on Lindbergh (314)894-6099, you all rock. Thank you so much for making my birthday week special. I'm very excited about using power tools for the first time and creating a garden with more tools to support my large ideas I have been working months on. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Rental Department employee mxh048 is truly a dedicated employee

Employees are not helpful. Could not find what I was looking for. Had to call my son to the store to help me.

They charge you for products you didn't order then won't take if off your credit card. $9241.19 was charged. Still waiting on $4647.36 to be credited to my card.

I came to buy a lawn mower... and I did! But the employees at this store were simply exceptional with their assistance and helpful advice. I think I will make a point of driving those extra few blocks to patronize this Home Depot store. I really felt welcomed.

Overcrowded, if using self checkout beware of being treated like a shoplifter.

Tried to get information on delivery and had to call 5 time s to get information on delivery and when I got some one all he could tell me to just wait for call. My time is valuble to and I have wasted half the day and no call

Your store is wonderful. It is always neat and clean. I have never had a bad experience even if I had to return something that wasn't going to fit. All of your employees are helpful and courteous. I will need some paint soon and I will be back. I have been to other Hardware stores and they are nice, but don't seem to go out of their way to help you. They just point you in the right direction and hopefully you can find it. Be sure to thank C J for me Barb Carman

Don't use this store to redeem a manufacturer coupon or gift card. Cashiers are poorly trained and have a attitude.

I don’t recommend this store if you need assistance loading your vehicle and you are a pregnant lady. I’m sorry i i convenienced the 3 men sitting outside the exit.

Kudos to the customer service section, Mary and Brittany. Exceptional customer service in resolving a price conflict on an American Standard Shower faucet. Above and beyond normal. Dedicated and spent extra time in resolving an issue with on-line pricing. They tried multiple solutions until they could finally solve the issue. Left me feeling great about the $1500 I had spent earlier this month.

The store is always clean, lots of product which are easy to find, excellent staff who are friendly, and always there to help, thank you
