time and time again, employees seem unknowledgeable, unfriendly, and not particularly interested in helping (even though there are many employees walking around, especially in the front of the store.....) don't ask questions, you won't get helpful answers -- except sometimes a rude or indignant reply.....

Home Depot is the place to go for the right tools and materials. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Makes shopping a positive experience. The self checkout is the best and with the emailed receipts, you don't have to search for the papers on the job site! Always clean and orderly

All the employees were very helpful and nice! We just bought a washer and dryer and 2 weeks ago bought a refrigerator.

They are generally more than willing to help, if they had more registers open and not "self checkouts" that would be great.

This store is vastly improved from several years ago. Got really good service from employees in the cabinets, plumbing, checkout and carryout. Store is much cleaner and brighter than it used to be and has a nicer selection of lighting and vanities, cabinets, etc. than the competition. Pricing is also very attractive. Got what I needed, better quality and cheaper than Menards (even with their 11% discount)! . Will definitely be back.

I can always find a store employee to help me. They take time to talk with me about my needs. I appreciate how organized the layout of the store is also.
