I needed some help to fix a leaking exterior water faucet. I went to the store expecting to pick up a part and have a plumber install it for me. Instead the staff helped me find a solution to the problem that I could do myself and save myself some $

The plants this season at Home Depot are wonderful. I've been back three times so far; no, four, I forgot about the two baskets. I am especially interested in flowers and there were thousands! The white petunias I planted a couple weeks ago are doing great. So I added begonias and marigolds.

I had a small list, and it was easy to find what I was looking for, make comparisons, and select what I wanted.

Call ahead to confirm if there are too many boxes in the aisles to be able to use a shopping cart. Consider ordering the products online then using the pick-up option.

The hours, location, customer service and stock keeps me coming back. I recommend this location for the convenient location and the great associates who work there.

I needed to do a return, but I had forgotten my wallet (with credit card and identification), and I only had a receipt for some of the items. The staff at Customer Service worked with me to process the return (using the receipt and a photo of my D/L that I had on my phone). They were friendly, understanding, helpful, and efficient. And they worked really well with one another (showing obvious kindness and respect for each other). I was very impressed.

I always love to come the silver spring Home Depot, They have great prices, the store is nice and neat and the associates are amazing. I go to this location even though there are 2 others equally-distanced. It's easy to get in and out of. Generally, Home Depot's prices and product availability is very good.

It seems that the reps at Home Depot do and promise whatever they can to get customers on the hook and then they are unresponsive to concerns once they have your money. I had a bay window installed in the Spring. A few months ago I called with concerns about difficulty closing the latch and was told that the installer would be sent back out to check. I am still waiting. Every time I call either mysteriously put on hold and then the call disconnects. I get a hold of someone I am told the same thing and am still waiting.

The Customer Representative, Ms. Salimah, was AWESOME !!! She addressed and resolved my issue. I truly appreciate the time she spent to resolve. She was very empathetic and was fully attentive to my issue. Definitely made this visit much better than past.

I was lost a couple of times and Olivia was such a great help . Even at the cashier desk she assisted me well.

The other night (22 Sept. 2021) Guillermo R. and Carlos F. went well above and beyond my expectations, helping me locate exactly the precise product I needed (tiny orange flags on roughly 2 ft. thin metal spikes for a driveway project). Guillermo and Carlos noticed me wandering aimlessly in their section (lumber, which was not at all where I needed to be) looking for something, and they asked if they could be of assistance. Despite this not being in their area of the store or their area of expertise, they immediately offered to help me find that for which I was looking. In the process, they helped me find something close to what I needed—which would have probably sufficed—but was not quite what I wanted (they showed me tall/thin orange rods, about 4 ft. tall, which they offered to cut), but they insisted that they likely would be able to find the exact product for which I was looking. Also, after about ten minutes of walking around and trying to find it (they also seemed to look up things in their work phones to try and locate the exact item—i.e., flags), they figured out not only that you DID in fact have the flags, but graciously took the time to walk me over to its exact location (not at all where I would have suspected it would be). All this to say, I truly appreciated their friendly help and generous time given to my search. I really really wanted this specific type of flags because my mother recently drove over and ruined my just-planted grass (abutting my driveway), and I feel it’s important to let management know that these two gentlemen went way out of their way to make sure that I found what I needed; I’m sure you all get ample complaints (whether justified or, likely often, not justified), and it is important to me for management to know that you have associates who take their job seriously, interact with customers in a positive/helpful/friendly manner, and Guillermo and Carlos certainly deserve recognition for a job truly well done (plus, on an aside, they both have very good senses of humor). And just like I told the manager that night, I believe you can count yourself fortunate to have two associates as kind and helpful and friendly (and funny!) as Carlos and Guillermo. I am so happy that I went to Home Depot to purchase soil for my new flower bed! Donna, HD employee, suggested the right soil for my bulbs and helped me load it both into my cart and into my SUV. This is great service and all with the warmest and most welcoming attitude.
