Terra is by far one of my favorites going into the Home Depot. So welcoming always makes sure I found everything ok asks if I need anything else for whatever project I’m working on.

I’m really pleased with my shopping experience here today, and thankful for the patience and help. Home projects are intimidating for me, and I walked in to find a team of helpers and teachers who made sure I knew what I needed and how it all worked. Thanks to Sarah and Bob!

I absolutely enjoy going through self check out when I know Terra is there, she’s always so friendly has a great personality and smiles. She greets me right when I enter the door and makes sure I get what I needed.

Good customer service seems to be a fading memory from better days long past, when bright smiles and handshakes with a store employee were common practice and most people seemed to be enjoying their day enough to make eye contact and return a friendly nod at least. But now it seems many employees at most box stores like Home Depot for example, don't know what their purpose for even being there is, and if you're foolish or desperate enough to ask them where an item is, they likely will not even understand the concept of the tool or part that you describe for them. They will pull out their phone and begin scrolling through an app and slowly shaking their head in bewilderment. I miss the old days.

The employees at the Abbott Home Depot are very friendly but not annoying friendly just casual friendly which is nice and they were also very helpful with answering my questions about products and they were educated in the areas we discussed.

Ash and Dylan was professional and had excellent customer service.

We are here 2-3 times a week right now, (remodels BS)! You guys and gals always take care of us!

Although the computer inventory is either inaccurate or nobody knows where to put it, but Charlie worked very hard to try and locate what we were looking for. Dylan went above and beyond helping us navigate setting up and using our Pro Xtra membership.

I checked out home air purifiers on-line...and decided to shop Home Depot. Although the items were somewhat "out of the way" and a bit difficult to find, I did find one to purchase out of the several varieties there. Price was right in line with other stores and the self-checkout made the purchase easy and fast. Store was very clean and inventory seemed very good in other areas I went through.

I typically do not take advantage of the military benefits at businesses understanding many need to remain in business, although I truly appreciate the gesture. I recently made a purchase of replacement windows for our home and due to the cost and recent rise of inflation across the nation, I was really hoping to now capitalize on receiving the military benefit (10%) and factoring that into our budget for expensive windows. Unfortunately, windows and many other home-building items are not eligible for this discount. So buyer (veterans) beware of this when budgeting for your next project.

The customer service at this location is above & beyond. If you need assistance they not only tell you where the item is but they walk you to the item. Great shopping experience. I'll call this location my "home" depot. :)

I have driven across town to this location because the customer service and help as a newbie is OUTSTANDING. Being female, and not being talked to like a "girl" .. given resources to help me and clear explanations/modeling about how repairs were going to work. I love the paint department and Eric, the manager who went out of his way to help me with sheetrock today. EVERYONE at the store is so friendly and knowledgeable!

Great equipment; cleaned my carpet good.

Tudor store didn't have anyone to even answer the phone ( the pre-recording was all we got, but after the phone continued to ring for reaction phone calls for 20 min....and over 2 differed days) Lost out on that sale. It won't be the store I shop at in person especially if you are that short handed.

I purchased a washer and dryer with the assistance of Jason at the SE Home Depot.

This girl assisted me and made a couple calls making sure my appliances were the right fit for my home. I really appreciate the care for my visit.

The store was clean and stocked. I was immediately addressed by 2 employees who were very helpful! I highly recommend SE Home Depot!

The store clerks would not honor the warranty for the crappy Homelight trimmer that they sell ! No discount on the new purchase, absolutely nothing as they do a " fake" phone call to say " we can't " very poor customer service, on a very poor product that they sell !

Bought a lawn tractor and drove 6 hour to get it and they sold it! They ordered another one and it was never shipped I call 1 1/2 weeks late and the lady said the order was canceled! I ask for my 1900$ back it was returned but I should be mowing my lawn now I mow lawn with my old 20” pusher and no more lawn tractors this year

This location on Abbott Rd. is the best store to shop at for all your purchases. I bought a refrigerator in the appliance department and all the associates were very helpful in my appliance selection. Siale, Kilee and Jayden were terrific and very knowledgeable in their products. You will be very pleased if you choose this location for all your shopping needs.

Associates are friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately, not always an associate readily available.

The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Garden center employee helped me find what I needed. Customer Service staff is friendly and helped arrange delivery. Great experience!
