your store as well as Napa store really suffering from the total lack of service?

I was shopping at this Home Depot and was harassed by the loss and prevention man for a simple misunderstanding and was thoroughly embarrassed by having the police show up all while shopping with my infant daughter!

I felt compelled to write a 5 star review for the San Ramon Home Depot tonight. I went in today for a drill bit and I quickly met Will upon entering in the patio furniture area. The sale prices caught my attention and Will was so friendly and knowledgable that I ended up purchasing a 4 piece set while I was there. When I told Will that I would need to go swap vehicles with my wife to bring the set home, he quickly asked if I would like to borrow one of their trucks instead. I accepted and was on my way to drop off my new patio furniture shortly there after. When returning the truck, Will comped the entire charge for me and thanked me for my purchase and told me that he hopes to see me around.

This particular location has the worst associates and managers when it comes to customer service. The store has a miserable vibe that feeds into the associates. The moral must be low from management down because it reflects in the rudeness of the employees!

Only self checkout open. Lines backed up to middle of store. No help.

I'm not sure why I bother with this store. They rarely have what I need. By the time I go there, then run over to ACE to find it it takes twice as long. Add to that the fact the parking lot is a death trap, it's just not worth it.

Red was helping me with my order. Hilly recommended.

I know Home Depot's return policy has changed. However, the managers should be given the leeway for certain exceptions. I've spent $30,000 in 2021 (pro member / credit card holder) and they would not give me a store credit for $70 worth of return items that were not on my card (I did not keep the receipt)....I understand that due to theft and other things it changed, however, there should always be an exception to the rule!...I have to eat these items that I do not need or want. One of the higher up store managers did offer me $40 off my next purchase, which was very nice. Regardless, you need to give the managers some flexibility in cases like mine. I will continue to shop here and spend money for many years to come. I simple store credit should have been issued in my situation.

This Home Depot needs help with Customer service

I love that they have many different kinds of plants.

It's not to hard to find help here. It might of just been a good day for me but I was helped by 3 very beautiful ladies and on my way home. So thank you girls. Danielle, Lisa and Alyssa. Happy Halloween.

Friendly and helpful staff. They have gone the extra mile numerous times to assist me with locating products and assisting with loading/moving items. Store is generally clean and organized, making it easier to navigate and locate items when needed.

Great store with great team members that offer amazing customer service, the two that stand out are definitely Bob in electrical and cashier Owen.

San Ramon Home Depot is my favorite store. I can find great products and ideas to make my house a home. Employees are helpful and the isle are nice and wide. The store is clean and so are the bathrooms. I have used all departments in my 30+ years of shopping there. Glad they are open and ready to help when I need them. The paint department has helped me with lots of projects. Everyone is friendly and advice is spot on. Thank you.

I really like Rita Rinear, Appliance Specialist. She is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable. She also is responsible to customers. Remembered that when I bought a washer which was not working, she knew about it and called me after 8:00pm to ask about how it was status and tried to help resolving the issue. Every time when I came to purchase any appliances she was very patient to introduce and explain to me so that I only come to Home Depot to purchase the appliances because of her. She is a such good sale person. Home Depot needs more sale people like her.

The worst he ever on so many levels

Store is clean, greeted by employees at the entrance. Was in the garden section, and other customers are polite. Wish there were more room to maneuver a cart in the outdoor garden section because today was a busy day and customers can be rowdy and impatient and not understanding that the aisles are too small for two carts to pass through. Otherwise, the cashier was nice, thorough, and prompt. Thank you.

employee on truck in closed isle was on his phone for 15+ mins thus had no access to produce needed. Walked around store - came back and kid still on phone. Asked him what the status is and he told me he was waiting for someone. Waited another few mins - no progress - asked him to contact someone. He told me to go to paint booth and once I was there - he started truck and moving around. Seems he was on phone socializing all this time and basically lied about waiting to someone. Folks at paint booth were fine and retrieved product for me - but the kid on the truck was a lazy lying employee.

Experience may change if I can get the items delivered

Staff at San Ramon Home Depot go above and beyond everytime I have been there. They want to ensure you are happy with your choices and provide great recommendations for things - for a home owner who is not good at picking things, they are a great assistance.

I live here locally but go to many Home Depots in other cities around the bay are and northern California. By far, this is the best location because of the associates and management team that leads this caring and outgoing team!

Great staff, always helpful and willing to go the extra mile if needed. Customer service was great as well, corrected an issue on a purchase made and saved me a couple hundred dollars.
