There’s something special about the Salem Home Depot. Every employee I encounter is always super kind, confident and helpful.

Im always stopping in even when I dont need anything because ive scored a bunch of tools and merchandise that was randomly put out on the clearance rack, but you have to be the first few to scoop the deals thats why ill stop in once a week

I walked in the customer service store and grabbed a couple of cans of spray paint. As I walked back, I asked the guy at customer service if you could check me out. He said I had to go down the other end. I told him that I have trouble walking, and I parked right on the other side of the door. He said I have to go down there again. Very rude and no compassion!

Great service! Steve K. was quick to greet us even though he was helping someone before us. When it was our turn, we were brought very quickly to the exact pressure treated 2x4’s we were looking for and in the length we needed. Our cashier was very nice. She too knew her job. Terrific shopping experience!

I enjoy coming to this location because of all the friendly staff! Most of them knew who I am or have heard of my name. As soon as I come here I am greeted with friendly staffs who is always willingly ready to assist me. These guys will go above and beyond to take care of you! Will keep shopping here as long as they continue to have friendly , professional staffs!

Even though there are two stores closer to me, the staff and condition of the store here is always better than my local stores. I will drive an extra 10 miles out of my way to come here.

I bought couple of kitchen appliances. After they were delivered one of them could not be installed, although they disclosed it could not be returned they did without any problems.

Had an issue with self checkout. No greeting just a scowl. Snatches the the scanner from my daughter hands. Demands what item was scanned them leaves. No courtesy. Just showed my daughter what a rude person was. Doesn’t take much effort to be nice or kind.

I always shop at this Home Depot. Always have had a great experience with many of the employees here! Andre @ Pro has always been the one to go over and beyond for me. Dave, manager , make sure that I am always taken care of Kyle and Joshua , was always readily available to help pick and load our materials. They are so helpful and it cuts down our time in half. Leon, always so friendly and ready to ring my transaction. Christine, she helps me whenever Andre isn’t around which is so helpful! We would not be able run our business smoothly without these guys assisting us in every way possible! Having a construction business we always have 10-15 projects going on at a time small and large. Getting materials here in a timely manner is important and I can always count on the team, especially Andre and Dave, to put more orders in. Andre keeps me on my toes! :) Honestly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had is here! Will keep coming back!!

Zach in the flooring department helped me order some carpet and schedule an appointment to have my project measured. He was super nice.

Every time I go in the store, it’s very clean neat and everything is in its place. The associates are always very friendly when you ask them for help.

While I was checking out, I was refused my Veterans Discount. I was told that the new policy went into effect 2 weeks ago and they COULD NOT override it to give me the Veterans discount, even though I provided proof of my service by showing my VA Identification card

The first associate I encountered was unable to help me but the second associate Katie was extremely helpful and turned what may have been an unhelpful experience into a pleasant experience.

Needed a couple of gallons of paint and got great service from George and Lauren. They had my paint ready in minutes and were so helpful!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at this Home Depot location. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, aiming to please and provided great customer service - from cashier to the employees who helped out with flooring selection. Thank you to the entire team (Ronnie, Susan, Christian, Freddie, Anthony). And to Jose who helped us get to two Christmas trees in our vehicles. Thank you so much!

I just placed a 27 window order of multiple types, sizes and configurations. The experience was outstanding! I would recommend Peter Rock and the team anytime.

I just had one of the best experiences ever on my trip to Home Depot tonight. Genesis at the service desk should be training people everywhere on how to treat a customer, on my way out One of the managers Tom thanked me for choosing his store to shop at and asked if I was happy with my experience in the store, well here is your answer sir YES it was actually an absolute please to be in your store tonoght.

Always is a hassle, have to sign in to the wifi,then try to get it to work, usually multiple times,or doesn't work at all and they can't put it in for you so you are just out the discount. Then you leave and have to change your wifi back to yours

This store does not reflect correct in stock condition of products, online it shows that this store had the particular item in stock but when at the store they didn't have any. Check out person at pro register was rude.
