It isn't often in a city that you shop where the staff recognizes you and goes out of the way to speak to you. Here, they do. I can't say enough about Ed, Phil, Charletta and Ethel. All were so helpful and me for a pleasant experience.

It felt like the whole store pulled together to help me get the materials and strategy for my project. Chandler and Jaylen especially went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and I am so so grateful!

I came into this Home Depot looking for donation items for the non-profit organization I am with. The customer service from start to finish was excellent. Everyone I spoke to was kind and very helpful. The donations manager Joe was very helpful in finding an item The Home Depot was willing to donate to our organization. All around a great experience. 10/10 Service

I really appreciate Home Depot's collaboration with third parties to provide affordable home improvement to homeowners and businesses. I had carpet purchase and installation done and it was such an easy experience. Kudos to you Home Depot!

Jerrel helped us cut lumber that we needed for a home improvement project (building a bench). He was very patient and kind and understood exactly what we needed. He made sure that the lumber was cut exactly as we needed. It was the end of a long day (after 8 pm) and we really appreciate that he took the time to help us!

I was in the store for FOUR hours to do some updates to townhome. I cannot speak more highly of Ed in Lumber, Devon in Floors, Anthony in Windows, Marisol in Carpeting, Donna in Fans, Bonnie in Appliances and Tyler who checked in on me as I was there so long. Fernando, the manager runs a great store and has fabulous people who work there. Bravo!

I asked where the driveway sealant was and the employee went out of his way with the directions. Another employee loaded the sealant in my cart and, later, into my car. Both employees seemed genuinely interested in being helpful. I was shopping late in the evening, around 8pm. There were very few other customers in the store. It was a good time to be there.

I love Customer Service 👌💯 and the staff member is super nice and very helpful throughout the whole shopping experience to help you get what you’re looking for the really friendly totally would recommend to a family or friend. Best location to get your plants, flowers and shrubs...hard to find hardware is a non-issue at this location...and the staff??...the best...PERIOD!!

Cashier did not want to ring up my items after I had already been through her line once, she sent me through self checkout, and when i was at another register she followed me down and told the cashier the she sent me to self checkout, she proceeded back her register and waited on two other customers

Went to drop off a string trimmer today to be fixed that is still under warranty. Waited in line at the Tools Rental counter for 30 minutes. They were busy and many people were in line. During waiting, the repairman, Frank, walked up and took my trimmer and placed it on the counter so it would be ready when it was my turn. Frank then left. When I got up to the counter, the associate said that Frank had to check me in. Said associate then pushed me aside to wait on the person in back of me. Frank then showed up and the same associate told Frank that he had to check me out, Frank said he had to make a phone call and couldn’t do it. After another 5 minutes, a different associate from the two I mentioned was finally able to check me out. Long story short, employees need deep training in customer service. Place is a joke.

Checkout process took more than 15 minutes because there was a problem with the transaction in front of me. Cashier called for help but none came. Also had to wait in parking lot after paying for someone to unlock the gate for bags of dirt. Went back into store twice asking if anyone was going to come. Finally, help arrived, but by golly, he didn't have a key!

This store is generally well stocked, however I recommend checking online for availability before making the trip. The employees are always helpful, and I've never had to wait at the register for more than 2-3 minutes.

I been in customer service for 25 yrs and the one thing I cant stand is a rude person who acts like that . If you don't like your job leave.
