we purchased a floor model refrigerator. While the experience with the actual purchasing wasn't great - I have to say the customer service for help with delivery with OUTSTANDING. We weren't told that when you purchase a clearance item that delivery is to the threshold only. I found this out the day of delivery. I spoke with the assistant manager - Scott - explained that there was no way the refrigerator could be left outside and I needed help getting in the house. He sent Mitch, Josue and Greg S. over to help. These were store employees. They were incredible. Getting this fridge in the house was very difficult and time consuming but they stuck with it to the end! Thank you Scott, Mitch, Josue and Greg! You were professional and kind!

Mitch R. was very helpful sending me to Frank G. in lumber. With Mike and Frank together ,they put my ramp kit together in no time. The whole experience was very helpful and wonderful. My husband is ill and would not have been up to the task. Thank-you very much to all who assisted. even the young man who helped load the ramps was wonderful.

A store to avoid at any price. I spent a lot of time there because of a project I had close never got help, it's weird when I go to Bridgewater store it's totally a different atmosphere. Overall a lot of people but nobody when you need them.

This store has great staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Great store and always great service

Annette, Mitch, Jim and John provided exceptional customer service and outcomes on 11 June 2017. I came in with several projects due and many questions, on a tight timeline. Annette, Smith, John and Jim swarmed onto the problem, educated me on the various options, and walked me around point to point in the store helping me understand the options and tradeoffs with the products. One item I required for an immediate projects was a power washer. When the make/model of the one I wanted wasn't in stock, they made available a far superior alternative at an amazing cost…and they were happy to do so. Could not be more thankful of the time, patience, follow through and great experience made possible by this team. If Home Depot is looking for training scenarios and case studies when on boarding new employees…look no further than this exceptional team. Thank-you!

The Home Depot Store in Rockland, MA. is by far the best home improvement store the entire Boston area. Whenever you go there the associates are ready to help with all of our needs. On a recent visit, Terry, in the electrical department was helpful as she always is in an unbelievable manner.

Needed assistance with lumber and associate Nelson was extremely helpful and friendly going beyond the aid I have received at other home improvement stores. He found exactly what I needed and even cut it to length.Great experience.

This Home Depot is convenient and close to my home. I prefer it to visiting your competitor (Lowes). It has all the goods or materials I want to buy and they are of good quality with plenty of options. My only complaint ( a mild one at that) is that it tends to be overly stuffed with material at times with added things (displays) in the aisles. I usually do not find this helpful. Your gardening area is not as well layed-out as your competitors gardening plants.

Staff at desk and cashiers go out of there way to be helpful. Pam was especially nice to me and did an excellent follow up to my questions at the service desk.

Jimmy V is the lumber wunderkund. He asked just the right questions about my current project and helped strategize about what's next on deck (ha, the deck!). He's a terrific resource for the store and took the time to make sure I had planned for every contingency. A true project partner.
