The employees at this store were amazing, but one in particular, Mr. Steve Moose was excellent! He took time to help me with my project and was very knowledgeable on the subject matter to which he helped me with. I give Mr. Steve Moore 5 stars for the customer service he displayed with me today. I am very pleased with the service I got from Mr. Moore, all the way to the cashiers. Great Inventory..... lots of choices,......OAK however, does not compete with much more knowledgeable, Market Partner, Rockler.... lineal CHEERY 2in and lineal MAPLE, 5/.4 are better priced, than the random length of 1" oak I purchased, here, with no other support at all. Rockler, employees were actually fun to deal with, with plenty interesting comments, and tips. DEPOT FAIL!

In these "do it yourself" days, we were very pleased with Andrew D's help in cutting a piece of lumber exactly as we needed it. Great store.....great staff.

Aisles are packed full of products I bought but don’t really need cause that’s how I roll. There were a lot of customer service people all in the store that were helpful. I have never seen so many people working at one time, but I assume that’s the Christmas time help. I wish the checkouts were always staffed well.

Our family had drove about 14 hours from Mississippi to Glen Allen, Virginia for the Thanksgiving holiday to visit my son and his family. My son just has purchased his first home, and we were looking to buy him a house warming gift. We decided to buy him a propane gas grill as we heading to the near by Home Depot. At the store, we had purchased the grill we wanted, and left on our merry way. We had some issue with the grill and had to return it to the store. At the store, we asked to speak with the store manager at the service desk, and then there came Kate; what a wonderful person she was. Kate took the time to understand our issue and immediately without any hesitation, she took owner of the case and helped us resolving the issue. I truly appreciated Kate with all her help and her professionalism. I want to shout out to her and want to let her know that she had made my day. Thank you and thank you.

Stuart at the self checkout was a great help. Made us aware of the benefits of applying for a Home Depot account which saved us money!

Every time I go to Home Depot I am satisfied and impressed with all aspects of the store, especially the ability and pleasant willingness of staff to direct me to locations of items or taking me directly there and discussing any questions, needs or concerns.

Employees have terrible customer service skills so if you go here expect to leave without getting the things you need.

I was shopping in Home Depot at 11260 West Broad Street, Glen Allen VA. While I was there the forklift beeper was so loud everywhere in the store that it hurt my ears. I am sure the decibel level is far above a healthy level for both customers and employees. I imagine that employees are afraid to complain for Fraser of losing their jobs. I complained to the cashier who told me that it has to be that loud to avoid accidents. I wish the state and county health departments and OSHA would visit this store and see if they agree with the extreme loudness of the forklift beeper. I do not think they would agree at all.

On the day of installation not one of the 4 doors I ordered was correct and/or there. The order was so messed up that they finally called and offered me two choices - get a compete refund and they would send someone out to remeasure and we could start over; or, just get a full refund. I chose the latter. One of the exterior doors they had for me actually opened outwardly.

Michael and Lisa provided the best customer service. They were very professional and helpful. I can’t thank them enough!

Great experience! Getting back to the basics of mutual respect and friendly service. I will drive back to this specific location.

I was lost when it came to buying flowers for my wife. Denice stepped right in and started answering my questions. She got others involved and made it fun and informative with the answers she gave. She checked me out with a big smile on her face and an honest thank you for my military service. Wonderful sales person.
