Visit was good .. got the items I needed, the store was very clean, associates were ok.

do not have enough knowledgable staff. getting directions to diffferent departments when looking for something not accurate. Store needs to hire more experts in the various departments. Kids are fine but they know little about what you sell.

Keep investing in this store it supports multiple neighborhoods. Just bought a dish washer with Chanell’s support. If you are able to work with this employee she is knowledgeable and helpful.

Always shop in here, fast and easy

Our experience was very positive due to our sales cashier, Tiwanna. First, we brought our dog with us & although she said she was allergic to dogs, she was very kind & attentive to our animal. Second, when presenting my Veterans ID, she thanked me for my service & offered military discount on our entire order, which as a retiree, is always appreciated. A final comment for the crew working in gardening today; they were attentive, always smiling, & genuinely seemed to enjoy working @ this HD!

I've been in the Reston store many times and the associates are friendly and helpful through out the store; assisting me in finding things. The associates in the kitchen department and the Customer Service area provided excellent service, even though it was a busy holiday weekend.

My shopping experience at this location was outstanding! The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. I can't speak enough about the exemplary customer service that I received on the two occasions that I visited this store. Sean and Maame went above and beyond the call-of-duty to assist me with my purchase. I was greeted with a friendly smile, the specific items that I needed were brought to me, and I was able to get in and out of the store within a few minutes. If you visit this location, you'll be sure to receive prompt and professional service each time. Thank you so much for making my visit phenomenal!

Staff always ready to help

This is my go-to store for home improvement because of its convenient location. However, it is a bit cluttered, items are often missing or not stocked on shelves, and associates are too few or inexperienced to be helpful. Parking lot needs more frequent cart-clearing. Bright spot is the cashiers who are friendly and efficient.

This store is net and clean employees are cooperative, I buy my necessary item from this store, this store employee know what is customer service.

After waiting In line for the automatic key machine to tell me that it could not make my key, I had to track down 3 different people to try to get an associate to the key desk. After waiting 10 minutes for an associate to show up at the key desk, they made me two keys. Neither of the keys work. Now I have to drive back to home depot to return the keys that do not work. Home Depot costs me money.

The Home Depot in Reston, VA has become my go-to store for nearly all home improvement projects. If this store has been out-of-stock, the staff is able to locate a nearby store that has what I need.

John at check out was very helpful and professional and check out went quickly and smoothly. He is an asset to your organization. Marco helped me get some lumber sawed to specifications despite the chop saw being out of order, after three other men told me they couldn't help me, when I saw a reciprocating saw at the end of the work area. One man told me to come back after May 25 when the saw was repaired. I'll be living in another state by then. Not an asset to your organization, as was the woman who didn't direct me to the pipe cutter tools for sale. Another employee took the time to show where the pipe cutters and suggested one that was not over $20. Very helpful and I was thankful I met him.

The service level today at the Reston Home Depot was great. No problem finding assistance and a quick and complete checkout.

this store has always been a pleasure to shop. I have been coming here foe 20+ years. I usually can find what i need, or an acceptable alternative. Today's visit was an acceptable alternative day.

Everyone is always helpful when I go. Reston and Sterling don’t always carry the same items so a variety can be found sometimes. I continue to shop at Home Depot even with the political climate. I want to thank you for always being a great store to visit. And I visit a lot, so you have a lifetime customer.

Employees were friendly. Akima was very helpful and helped me look for a ball and socket for my French doors. Nehemiah was very nice at checkout when he processed my purchase.

I live in the neighborhood for the past 25 years, and visit your store often. this month I did over a dozen of positive reviews for you. today is the worse experience I receive after long time. The young cashier at the garden section is the worse. her attitude was terrible, and she make me work for her. when I asked her to take my items to scan she gave me a terrible nasty look. she will spoil the hole basket Camryn, Jack, Hasan, Maria, Christian, Faduma, Kawaljit, Roy, Mark are one of the best employees. today I'm giving just 2 stars because of the unprofessional cashier..

Convenient and always fully stocked. Decent garden center for established veggies and herbs. I particularly would recommend this store if looking for large kitchen appliances. Ask for Richard Davis. He's incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and will take the time to answer any and all of your questions.

Store is messy and aisles are blocked during the day which is very inconvenient when you are pressed for time. Sometimes prices on items show up higher at the register so you need to constantly check the prices as you check out. Employees are generally friendly. When I ask for assistance I usually get help. Sometimes products out of stock take a long time to reappear.

Cheri was so nice at checkout. Even though I had to wait a long time for my carpet to get cut, it was nice to see a smiling face.

The product required / needed was a Refrigerator, I was sold one to large to fit into my older townhouse per the delivery / installer. He did not even attempt to install it. Then purchased a smaller one and it was delivered with dents in the door, so I asked for a replacement. Awaiting a delivery from the Samsung. My refrigerator has been disabled sense April 2nd and i'm still waiting.

Great store. Well stocked and great employees.
