I attempted to return items and beth was a horrible and rude representative who declined my return items and said it was not in my pro acct. I decided to go to a better rep and moved to the next representative who found my receipt and gave me a full refund. Big thanks to lisa!!! I would not hire the other representative Beth!!!!

I ordered my kitchen cabinets and Mike did a awesome job with my order. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked out my dilemma of different things coming in at different times, so I can pick it all up at once.

The product dropped in price after purchasing 2 weeks prior. One assistant manager said it’s only a 2 week guarantee. The closing manager said 30 days so I’m satisfied and received the better price even after the 30 day as I was out of town at the time.

Store #1604 in Lewes was so helpful in assisting me in my purchase of my new Toro Lawn mower.

Eva and her staff were amazing! Connor who happened to be walking by dropped everything and helped retrieve the product for me. They took extra care to find the products I needed while still helping other patrons. They allowed me to assist in restocking the shelf where the product was missing and were gracious enough to help expedite my sale after. Wonderful group of people to work with!

We all have been to home improvement stores where employees don’t get eye contact with you so they don’t have to help you. NOT THIS STORE! They engaged me from the minute I walked in all the way through checkout.

I saw a review online of a product involving taping sheetrock against a fiberglass shower. I had never seen this before but thought it was a good idea. The competitor up the street did not have it but Home Depot had it in stock.

I came in to buy a refrigerator and Susan D. was the Appliance Rep. from the dept. She was patient, informative and presented suggestions. After purchasing, Susan explained the bill, protection plan and how to log on to the ip address, as well as what to expect upon and after delivery. you need more employees who have the customers interest like Susan.

Having shopped at other local big box stores where we had to wait an extremely long time to even speak to someone about what we were looking for I was surprised to be greeted immediately and had the help we needed. Every time I visit the Rehoboth Beach location I am surprised at how clean and put-together the store is. The displays are typically in good nick. I almost always find what I am looking for and, if I can't find it, I can grab one of the associates to help. With the downsizing we see right now with fewer employees, I am glad that Home Depot doesn't seem to be doing that. I can usually find someone to help.

Cashiers in this store are very friendly versus other stores in the area with like products.

I go to this store often... everyone is so helpful. I love how someone is available and you don't need to hunt down an employee. Someone is there to help everytime.

I looked at garage doors online at Home Depot. I didn't want to drive to the store in beach traffic and was hoping to order by phone but was kind of doubtful that I could. I was blessed to work with a very knowledgeable, patient, thorough man (Steve Gaultney), who took great care to make sure the door was ordered to my specifications. He immediately gave me a price which included installation. He explained the entire process and I was very happy with the shopping experience. Home Depot is a great place to shop. I am happy with the product, price, and customer service!

Home Depot has stopped giving the 10% veterans discount for many of the products they sell. At a time when prices are at an all time high, they are thinking more of profits than the veterans who served our country.
