Store was clean. Associates are helpful.

Employees are helpful, but having a hard time keeping the shelves stocked. I found only 1 package of the cement screen I need. Glad to find even those 8 screws! I'll just keep looking until I have enough. Thanks!

If you're doing a big or a small project this is your store! Any home repair or even a new building design you will not find more knowledgeable employees that will guide you to the tools and supplies needed to complete everything in a safe and reliable security. I am a critical RN and personally I feel it is difficult to connect with people. Walking into a store it is so refreshing to hear a friendly cheerful voice behind a mask asking "Hi, are you looking for something specific? Then they listen with absolute intention and rely "Ok I understand, let me help you. Follow me and I'll show you". The entire time still respecting social distancing! VERY IMPRESSED!! "Build It, Fix It, Landscape It...Keeping It Safe With A Face Mask and Six Feet. :)

I had to drive to this location because my closest HD didn't have any propane tanks to exchange. As I entered the store via the closest one to the propane tanks I was engaged by a young man named Ryan who was just setting up his register. When I asked him where I needed to go for a propane exchange he volunteered, with no delay, even though I had clearly interrupted him, to take care of me. Ryan could not have been either more helpful or polite and he is a very positive attribute to this store. When he handed me my receipt, after having approved my veteran's discount, he pointed out the "code" number which is necessary to open the gates where the tanks are stored. I had to confess ignorance as this is not a procedure I have used before and rather than try to explain it, he said "just a minute sir, let me get a key" and he came out, got the tank for me an put it in my car taking the old tank in exchange. I asked he he would show me how the code system worked so that in the future I would not be a bother to the store and he showed me, but also said, "sir, you were not a bother, it was a pleasure to help you." The world needs more "Ryans" in it, and maybe there is hope for the younger generation yet! THANK YOU!

I have been to a lot of Home Depot's this is the best overall store I have ever been to. I usually run over on my lunch break which today was only 30 minutes. I was able to get in, with the help of a super nice employee named David, got what I needed and got out in less then ten minutes. This is the fastest get in - get out store which is my way of shopping. I live in McKinney but this Plano store is my Home Depot!!

I think your response time is very slow. You don't understand the urgency of the people. You assign contractor from another company and when we call - your response is, that contractor was not from our company. My response on that - I paid you. I don't know what other company you guys send. Very disappointed with the slow service.

Everyone was helpful in finding what I needed, and in particular, the guys in the paint department are awesome. He made sure about all the details of the paint, and had some friendly banter as well.

The employees are not Black people friendly.

They have managers who help u with real concern. Been a customer for HD for almost 12yrs, but this store made me feel very special and so satisfied that 0539 will be fav first pick for all future needs. ThankU Ghandi and he is a delight to work with

I have shopped at this store for years (it is right around the corner from my job). I have noticed since the Covid situation that the personnel have changed and not for the better. Today will be my last time to use this home depot. I have back problems and literally spent 15 minutes looking for a cart to load 2 fence posts and a few pickets onto. After not being able to locate a cart for 15 minutes, I located a store employee, he told me that he didn't see any and I could go out into the parking lot and see what I could find. Upon returning from getting a cart, I did not find any of the 4x4 pressure treated fence posts. It happened to be the same employee that I located again. He told me that they were over there (pointing to a part of the store a few aisles over). I told him that I could not locate any, he said "that is where they should be", I again told him that I had looked but was unable to locate any. He said "well then try a different store". Since I was already there, I asked him how long the aisle with the concrete was going to be blocked, he stated "we are restocking so it will probably be about 45 minutes". I explained that I was there on lunch break, and couldn't really wait 45 minutes, could he get the 2 bags I needed for me. His response was "well I guess you can get that at another store, too".

I don't know what it was about today's visit but all of the employee's were so nice and helpful and the cashier, Ryan, was so nice and friendly. He made me laugh and smile and that's hard to find at a place like Home Depot. I'd feel so much more comfortable if they required customers to wear masks and social distance. So many of them w/out masks and just walk right up next to you and stand right next to you.....uhhhggg! And, I didn't see one employee cleaning/disinfecting any surfaces and the carts were certainly not cleaned/disinfected. Never saw any hand sanitizers that were easily to visible. This company makes plenty of money to keep their surfaces/checkout areas clean/disinfected!!!! One more thing.....why is there NEVER enough people in the garden area to help you?? The check out line had 6 people in line so I went back inside to check out there were there wasn't any lines.

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable; Its always a pleasure going to this location, they always have what I need and its easy to locate.

Staffs at Home Depot are friendly and helpful. They will try to answer your questions with good recommendations.

Majority of employees are not wearing CDC recommended masks for COVID-19 protection. This encourages customers not to wear them.

Best Home Depot Store in Plano. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff with actual trade experience. They know their business and their inventory. If you a DIY I recommend this be your first stop.

Poor customer service. I waited 45 minutes (along with 2 other customers) for someone to help cut lumber. They overhead paged 5 times, and never any response. Eventually, we stopped asking various associates to find someone to help, and I asked for manager. The manager (Miracle) was paged overhead, did not respond. She was called, did not answer. Ultimately, an associate saw her walking down the aisle away from us, and when I rushed to catch up with her, she had walked into breakroom. I usually have a great customer service experience at Home Depot, but this branch was the opposite. When I spoke to Miracle, she was completely apathetic. It's fine if there is no one available to help cutting lumber. But don't tell people someone is on their way when no one is coming. When I finally spoke to manager about my frustration, she was entirely apathetic.

This store does not have face masks for painting, mowing, or dust conditions for months. covid is no excuse.

The stores are clean and easy to find,good products,but low cost,employees are nice and willing to help customers satisfy fully.

Great store, bought some appliances and got a good deal and shipped less than a week. I did everything over the phone and Ghandi in the appliances department was very helpful. I’ll be shopping here in the future and would highly recommend this store.

I went into this location today couldn't find what I needed an employee by the name of Javon, was busy but he was very happy to stop what he was doing and take the time to hunt down the item I needed and did not have an attitude like I was bothering him I really appreciated the customer service in this location and I had a extremely positive shopping experience and got what I needed.

I shop here often because it's easy to get the right stuff and the best advice. THD is a very important element of my business.

We moved to Plano 12 years ago. This is the only store where we could find air filters in the size we needed. Over the years, employees have been knowledgeable and helpful when needed to find products. They also can make suggestions for products that will meet out needs best. I like the consistent arrangement of products and always know where to look for regularly purchased products. I'm pleased that most of them seem to have used the products and know how they work. I must mention an elderly man who knew the paint department inside out. The place was swamped with people, yet he was able to juggle all the people needing paint mixed and matched. He was very careful to match my requests for a type of paint that would refinish special metal surfaces. He was a gold nugget in his golden years years. I was impressed. Sorry I didn't remember his name.

store is good, many products to choose and find, only a problem I had with an employee not friendly and helpful when I tried to ask for direction to find a part, it make me feel very uncomfortable and some how upset.
