Several employees were very helpful

Was very disappointed that the microwave we wanted we had to order. We would have been ok with two week wait, but was disappointed we didn't have the option of store pick up. Therefore we had to pay a extra $59 shipping charge.

This store is always clean! They generally have what I’m looking for to start and complete my home projects from materials to tools and some friendly advice from employees in departments I’ve shopped in! The Plainwell and Otsego area has a lot of friendly people and a number of them are or have been employed there! This store has been my “go to” store for a number of years!

We were traveling a little ways to this store so called ahead to make sure they had items we wanted. Ginny at the service desk answered and not only did she go check she brought items to service desk for us!!!

EXCELLENT Customer Service!!

Recently I went to Home Depot to pick up a few items. The store was clean, well lit, nicely organized and well stocked. I needed help selecting a few items. Before I could look for an employee one stepped up and asked if I needed help. He preceded to show me the options that were available. There were plenty of enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful employees. I actually had a good time and felt good about my purchases.

This is a great Home depot store, they practice safe COVID to make you feel safe. The Employees work together as a common goal to help their customers feel welcome and help them with their project needs. We had trim paint that we needed matched and they took their time and made a perfect match. We also recently ordered quartz counters for our kitchen, they had great designer ideas for us and made it easy to pick the perfect color. This store also is in a little more of a remote location so it's not as busy as most stores

I’m a regular loyal commercial customer. Today I purchased what I thought was a six foot piece of molding. It was 6’-1”. I asked to round down to 6’-0”. Manager would not allow that. Not policy. I didn’t have time to go cut 1” off. Paid for it and will not go back. Lose business over 1” of molding?????

The Plainwell Home Depot has the most friendly and helpful employees. I am always satisfied with the service at this location.

This store has the best customer service of any home improvement store I have been to. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. All questions are answered and alternatives are offered if necessary. Everything is done with a positive "can do" attitude. You have the complete attention of the staff member and are never hurried. I always want to go back---the best evidence of their excellence.
