If you are a contractor, don't bother going to any other lumber yards. The Pro Desk at HD can give you better deals and service.

I have been shopping here for years at the Phoenix store for my home projects and my business. It's a great place and a great experience.

Associates here are like wild game so elusive they spend more time hiding in the back of the store and end caps rather than helping customers so frustrating.

I bought some flower pots at a great price. Brianna helped us check out and was very kind.

I have had several items to return lately. The persons at the Customer Service desk are exceptionally friendly, helpful and accessible. This has been consistent over a year or so. The only issue I had was when I was out looking for bathroom faucets, I had to ask three employees before one of them had a measuring tape.

I've been shopping here since I moved to Oregon 2 years ago. Big difference is that here every store employee I have encountered has been pleasant, and helpful. Makes the shopping experience enjoyable.

After a number of negative experiences, mostly around delivery of appliances, I have to say I have had it with Home Depot. A previous snafu with delivery of our washer and dryer (delayed delivery, damaged item, long time to replace) should have been a big red flag. We hoped to have a better experience when ordering a new dishwasher...they assured us there was a new delivery company, and that we'd have our item on time. Didn't happen. And the date they came up with was ten days after the original delivery date. When we called to try to work something out with them, there was no attempt to keep our business (we cancelled the order and will be cancelling our account.) Really poor customer service. We'll be taking out business elsewhere.

WE ended up taking home a 30" vanity with a 37" top. I know we should have been more careful and checked our items more closely but after such a stressful 4 hours we just wanted out of there. Husbands stress helped cause a case of shingles before we even left the store. Not kidding

I am upgrading a new home that I purchased. One stop shopping.

Recently I had wood cut for shelves in my living room. Went quite early and salesperson was very helpful, glad to cut pieces to correct sizes so I wouldn't have to do that later at home.

Had some issues with an order but Scott worked through them and exceeded my expectations!

I find that all the Home Depot associates I've spoken with have been very pleasant and willing to take time to help me.

I bought a $10 LED lightbulb at this store. When I got home and went to open the package, it because clear that it had been opened previously and then taped back shut. And surprise surprise - the bulb does not work. How stupid does a store have to be to try to resell a light bulb? Thanks a lot.

Would not honor lifetime warranty on husky tool that says lifetime warranty on case. Overall very rude customer service.

I'd say they do have the best employees, at least at any of the HD stores I've visited.

Horrible customer service -Rarely can you find an associate because they all linger at the front of the store -Management always finds excuses--this time poor customer service is blamed on the lack of workers? He means the ones not lingering?

Appliance specialist Jennifer Kincheloe is amazing with excellent customer service. This is also after experiencing horrible customer service at the Grants Pass and Crescent City locations, made it worth the drive.

Of All the HD's -- this is the WORST :-( If you know what you want and need, this store could be convenient since it's the only one in the area. But if you need help, good luck. I've lived near many HD stores and this one is the worst. Staff act like they are more interested in getting through their tasks or socializing with each other than in the customer. If you need something that is NOT a product that move fast off the shelf, you're not going to find it here. Often, I would need some special screws for a very small project. If I can find them in the correct size, I must be prepared to buy more than I need -- if I need 4 extra screws I know they'll be sold in packages of 3. I'm sick of looking online to be told that this location does not have what I need, but I can drive the extra 40 miles to Grants Pass to buy a $4.98 item ... grrrrr!!! I have appreciated HD for many years until I moved here. Now, that has changed dramatically. I'll drive cross-town to the competitor usually instead of risking stress and an unsuccessful trip to this store -- or better yet, get online!

Cashier, Saidi, provided excellent customer service both over the phone and in person. Courteous, informative and very friendly. Saidi went above and beyond in helping me with a shipping return using the curbside "pick up" service area.

Phone order but I am sure it would the same in person.

We always shop at the Home Depot in Phoenix Oregon. The staff is always, kind, courteous and helpful.

The store is well stocked with a few items that aren't available locally elsewhere. I like the way the store is laid out and can usually find what I need without help. I like the self checkout - very easy to use. The store is adequately staffed. Lastly, I appreciate the dedicated veterans parking. Thank you.

The best part of this store is the associates! I have ALWAYS found someone to help me find a product or to give advice on how to complete a project. It is very rare to find an associate that is not friendly or willing to help. This shows there is great management at this store! WELL DONE!
