The store has a new vibe. It seems to be rejuvenated for some reason. The employees seem happier. I would say that there doesn't seem to be as many associates as the green store has.

Employees did not have good knowledge of the store or items carried. It took 40 minutes to get mulch and paver sand loaded and I ended up going back into the garden center 3 times to try and get help, finally loading the sand myself. The kid that helped with mulch would not stop talking and was not helpful in loading efficiently. He just walked off when I told him I needed the sand and told me someone else will have to help he only got one hour of sleep. In addition, the cashier asked me to go get two missing price tags from the shelf and even asked me to walk out back of store to check stock on mulch before she rang it up. I will not be back. This store has an employee problem.

We shopped for appliances, Ken was very helpful in helping us find things inour price range.

Emma answered the phone at 6:08 am on Friday 6/11/19. She was so nice, pleasant, professional and helpful to us. Found the mower we were looking for, held it for us at the front desk so I could come in on my lunch break later in the day and buy it. She was even there when I arrived and was just as great to deal with in person. Mower was there, as she sad it would be. The transaction was completed in less than 1 min and the 2 "loaders" were right there ready to go. Literally NO waiting! Great over all experience!! Giant thumbs up for Emma!!

Vary friendly and knowlagble employees

The Peoria Home Depot has a very good selection of quality home improvement merchandise. Staff is friendly, and Home Depot obviously operates by the policy of ensuring customer satisfaction.

Store was clean and very well organized. Easy to purchase my items and get right to the job. Plus the cashiers were so friendly and helpful!

The Peoria Home Depot has friendly floor assistance. They always ask if you need help. The store is clean and has competitive pricing. They will meet anyone’s prices without hesitation. I have enjoyed the convenience of having the Home Depot so close to our home. They are a five star business in my humble opinion and I have been in the construction industry for over 40-years. I am so impressed with Home Depot over all I bought stock in their company.

Staff very knowledgeable about product... but installer has yet to contact me,after 5 days...A live person is so hard to reach on the phone....

While I was at the store pushing my large lumber order out to my truck, an employee, Kamden, who was clearly busy gathering the carts form the parking lot, came over and offered to help me load them items. I accepted his offer and stated I had to return to the store to find a few more items I forgot. He then assisted me as I looked, and found the items quickly for me to purchase. Upon getting to the self check out area Kamden then proceeded to scan my items for me leaving me only to scan my credit card. He then asked me if there was anything else he could help me with before I left. I’m not sure what else he could have done for me after all that he did. This employee did an outstanding job, and appears to be an great asset to the company!!!

The paint dept staff at this store are so efficient and knowledgeable.

I always drive out of my way to visit Home Depot over Lowes and other stores even though it’s a little further of a drive for me. This location is always clean, helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Always helpful. Pointed me in the right direction to find items. Was knowledgeable on each visit back helping me to solve problem. Appreciate the smile and courtesy to the customer. Keep it up.

Stopped in simply to scope out the selection of hand tools after watching multiple reviews on youtube of the brands carried by the store, specifically more related to use within the automotive technician realm and was surprisingly satisfied with what they had in stock to offer. The Husky brand warranty is pretty awesome and the selection of Milwaukee is excellent. I will definitely be back or send my techs in to gather more basic hand tools or power tools. I had great customer service over the phone with Niki in paint she was extremely helpful to me as I needed a paint order filled for my contractor to pick up! I appreciated the service I got and I will be back to do business with this Home Depot in the future!

We purchased a large quantity of flooring and the associates retrieved what we needed from a top rack while we waited. Another associate helped us load the 65 cases of flooring into our vehicle.

The store is very clean, no cramped aisles. Associate are pleasant and very helpful. Every visit I find all products for project with ease, and if not every associate asked helped find in a quickly so I spend more time working on project and not wasting time finding supplies for project.
