Gio went beyond my expectations to assist me in finding a set of keys that were dropped at your store He took all of my calls at 7 in the morning returned messages and all in all we were able to locate those keys A very polite and respectful young man Definitely an asset to Home Depot

The Home Depot store is a place where we could find everything is needed to maintenance our homes.

Store has over 6 self checkout cash registers. None of them working. They just have one or two employees doing checkout. Not acceptable in these days when most of the stores are moving forward to self checkout system. Shame on manager store who wants to rely on two employees to take care of a bunch of customers who wants to pay. Those employees must be in the isles assisting customers with their concerns. Not talking between each other all of the time.

Employee walked me to the location of the items I needed.

I've visited this store twice within the last week. On both occasions I receive exceptional service. The first time the employee offered to help me. The second time the woman at the checkout line helped me apply for a HOME DEPOT card. Which I knew I needed because being a Realtor, you constantly have to make a purchase at HOME DEPOT.

My husband and I have been shopping for a new refrigerator. We have not had any luck until we stopped at this Home Depot. We were plesantly surprise to find what we have been looking for. We are thankful of all the help we got from the staff member named Jeff. We were not even thinking on buying anything else but Jeff was so helpful that we end up getting the matching stove and microwave. That's a good Customer Service!

The cashiers was super friendly and nice. I was in Llo line she greeted me with a smile and was fast and efficient, thank you Home Depot for having great employees.

Better have all your homework done if you want to find something at this store. I spent half an hour searching for anchors for my hurricane panels. None visible in stock and no one willing to help me search through the hundreds of little boxes strewn around. What a mess.

Linda was so friendly. She greeted us with a smile when we came to check out. Definitely the highlight of her day because she made us feel welcome and comfortable. It's interesting that a 10 minute conversation made our day! My wife and I are very pleased with her, and the way that she was able to help us with what we needed

I have been coming to this home depot for over 10 years and I've never had a bad experience.

I was happy to purchase paint from HOME DEPOT. The young man who helped me was friendly and VERY helpful and patient. The cashier LLOKEARA was also friendly and made sure that I had help putting the paint in my car. I always like shopping at this particular HOME DEPOT. The employees are always friendly and helpful!

Ordered levelor wood blinds for kitchen window and now I'm waiting for the installer.

Went to the depot to get flooring samples, but could not find an employee to help me. I needed some fake grass samples cut from the big rolls

I needed to make some copies of my keys and i had to wait for the employee almos 15 minutes and when i made the claim the employee was very rude. I complained to the manager and he told me that they have only one employee trained to perform this task in the entire store...only one employee able to perform this task...only one employee who knows to use the machine to make copies...unbelievable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always get lost walking around in HD. Too many things I want to upgrade at my home.

Never purchasing an appliance from here again. I placed an order on a fridge that was supposed to get delivered but never arrived. I rescheduled the delivery and they took it to the wrong address, stating there was nothing they could do about it at this point and I’d just have to reschedule the delivery again even thought they were 5 miles down the road.

Good employees are hard to find and employees Piero and Victoria are top notch!

JASON the Cashier overcharge me $169 (My bill was 1k). I when back to the store to get my money back and no one has help me to get my money back. So basically the cashier rob me and he got away with it.

I would say about 90% of the employees work and are kind! Always a pleasure to shop here!
