Such a pleasure to shop in this VERY ORAGANIZED Home Depot compared to the dumpster fire that is East Hanover. The Parsippany employees are always so nice and helpful, whereas the East Hanover store employees are just awful. I drive THREE TIMES THE DISTANCE just to go here and avoid East Hanover.

I was pleasantly surprised I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed any special assistance so she might direct me. I found exactly what I needed and went to the self checkout. I told the girl there that I had a gift card and have never used one. she helped me immediately and at the end she asked if I wanted the balance put on card I said yes. I thanked her for the assistance. This is better than usual treatment I am given.

This store was clean and everything always seems to be organized. The employees in this store are always so helpful and friendly. I sometimes don't get the names of the employees who helped me but this time I can share that Alvi the cashier couldn't be friendlier.

I waited in Plumbing for over 30 mins for help with a question. Store clerk was paged twice, no one ever came. I called from my cell phone hoping to get someone that way and I was put on hold immediately. I tried this 8 times. I asked for help from another employee and she was very rude and responded unprofessionally. I'm in customer service for over 20 years. I know how to talk to people and I know how to treat people. This isn't how you do it. I love Home Depot and always will, but NOT this store location.

Paint I needed was not available but Susy said she could put the order in on the website and have it shipped to the store for me.

Tanya is an extremely helpful associate. Helped me locate all products and assisted with my Home Depot card.

employees and managers are customer friendly

Let me begin by saying Mike the store manager, always has a smile, he greet everyone, even if he sees them more than once in the store, he still remembers them. Me personally, he knows me by name. It’s a wonderful feeling that you can almost call these complete strangers friends when you don’t personally know them. I would also like to add that Susie, from the pro desk is amazing. She’s always there to help me, makes checking out smooth and easy. Calls me when they are special deals happening, cause me when there are pro activities that she knows that my children and I would attend. I have nothing negative to say about her She makes my shopping experience fun as well as quick into the point as I need to get my materials and go back to work as fast as possible

Terrible flooring experience. I spent 4hrs during Covid and they do not disclose all charges upfront. i spent almost thousands of dollars in purchases and they show no respect. instead they cheat for little hidden charges here and there.

The staff here is great! I had interactions with at least 3 people, other than the cashier. In each case they voluntarily offered help when I was looking for something.

This is always the best stocked Home Depot. I can always find what I'm looking for.

I usually find what I need at this location so I don't have to travel far. I gave 4 stars as I still need to do more shopping for other products.

Store employees are always helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Always willing to assist. When you're running a construction business you don't have time to waste and we feel that at this particular store our time is never wasted. Supervisor, Tanya is amazing. A true blue helpful person who obviously cares about the customers. Carla at the Return Desk is great too.

The Home Depot in Parsippany makes shopping for home repair, renovation, and maintenance items a pleasure. The store is well-maintained, and the store personnel are friendly, helpful, and professional. The store is arranged in such a way that items are easy to locate and a visit to the store is much quicker because of the ease of location.

This is a great store with very knowledgeable, friendly employees.

Parsippany Home Depot was clean and had wipes ready to go at the entrance. I felt safe and comfortable shopping here. The home depot employees were very friendly and helpful

Great store. I would always think of coming here first before going to other similar store for my home needs because if I can't find it here most likely it's not in other stores too.

I recently stopped at this store to pick up an order as well as additional supplies needed to build a fire pit. The staff went out of their way to help me- they were kind, courteous, and amazingly helpful! When I asked for help, I was not only told the aisle to go to, but the employee took me to the aisle and discussed what I would need for the project. They encouraged me in my ability to do this project as well as drive the flatbed truck I had to rent!

Multiple employees either not wearing masks or wearing incorrectly. Multiple customers walking around with no mask on face at all.

Very well maintained and reasonably helpful (when you can find folks ;-)
