We needed to purchase 3 appliances and Lisa B. helped us through the entire process and never left our side until we were finished. She was able to price match some items and apply the appropriate discounts. My husband and I couldn't have been more satisfied.

Excellent customer service: Look for Dave, Lisa, Alex or any other smiling employee to get great service. Very clean store and people who knows about the product . Store Manager really stays on top of his employees, thank you.

The store is consistently clean and well organized. Cashiers are friendly and very helpful. If you need help in a particular department, just ask a cashier to page someone, or go searching for that orange apron for help. They will walk you to the area that you need and answer all your questions.

Excellent experience in appliance and flooring dept. Staff helped to get best deal and great advice on appliances.

If you ever need help in appliances, see Martha Moore. She is very kind and helpful.

Go to this store often for their service and advice on the many projects I find myself doing. Employees are always ready to lend advice and help to find what I need for any projects. Always fast clean and friendly place to shop, they also have veteran discount at checkouts which many do not have.

Had a great time as alwasys at the store customer service was great until I checked out please just ring me up and keep politics out of it my cashier made some very disturbing comments about the president becuase of my hat I replied I would talk politics when she got off work but seeing how she was on the clock I wasn’t going to waste my time

I like the husky tools boxes that you carry. Got my first one at home depot in Mansfield. The store always has a good selection on hand and the staff are friendly and willing to help you out. Never had a problem at this store.

Had a great experience trying to decide which clothes dryer would be best for my household , very friendly and knowledgeable staff . Store was very neat and clean also . . . that makes for a better shopping experience .

I found the staff in the flooring section very helpful. I would definitely go back to this store for more of my remodeling and painting supplies.

Victoria (in bath) was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She did not make me feel rushed or that she was too busy to be bothered with me. She made me feel confident that she knew what she was talking about and she gave me advice when I asked for it. Victoria went out of her way to make sure I had some samples to take and return. This was very important to me. I could also see that she interacts well with her co-workers.

Store has a lot of employees and probably was the best store I’ve ever been to in terms of employees willing to help.

Bought flowers after Memorial Day. Home Depot still had plenty in stock and well taken care of. Hats off to the people in lawn and garden.

This was the first time in at least 5 years that I have shopped at Home Depot due to in the past the associates were not helpful and the store was not orderly and clean. I was in the market for a new door and was told by a friend to try Home Depot due to they had a good selection. I hesitated to try the store out due to past experiences. To my surprise, the store has made a 100% turn around! Employees were there to assist, very helpful, store layout was great. I will now shop here before any other. Great store, highly recommend.

Staff here is excellent. There are always people asking if you need assistance. Tavo- at self check out- was awesome.
