Went to purchase some painting supplies. A new cashier rung us up and my husband showed her his military ID on his driver license before the transaction began. She looked up my card and I specifically asked her if the military discounted was deducted but after it was processed come to find out it was not. We were sent to customer service. So long story short they attempted to fix it by voiding the transaction which was put on my Home Depot Credit card. And were unable to resolve the issue. I was offered a $30 credit which we rejected. So my card was recharged for the full amount and of course it declined because the void was not properly processed. I was livid. So after requesting the Asst manager of the store who was no help. I was told I would have to provide another form of payment and still no discount. All if this was the store's error. And no one seemed to be compassionate in trying to resolve this. Not to mention the almost 2 hours I in spent in this store.

We were looking for a large capacity front loader washing machine, had one in mind, and went to see it on the floor. Afterwards, we got the attention of one of the sale people who ranged up our purchase. It was a perfect transaction.

I will admit that for years I have been a loyal customer of the other store in town, the one that is blue. One reason is because there is only one Home Depot that is on the complete opposite side of town. I have since made an effort to make Home Depot my primary source of building supplies, either by physically going to the store or even ordering online. Thank you for having competitive prices. PLEASE BUILD ANOTHER ONE ON THE EAST SIDE OF OCALA!

When doing plumbing, I prefer your SharkBite brand of plumbing fittings over any other brands. I have used them for over 10 years now and never had a problem. Also, I prefer your Brasscraft fitting over other brands as well. The Home Depot in my opinion sells great quality products and this is what keeps me coming back

Some employees will point in the direction of an item and not take you there and explain. However so.e cashier attempt to assist.

I DID NOT GET HER NAME, BUT SHE WAS A VERY YOUNG AFRICAN AMERICAN YOUNG LADY WORKING IN THE POWER TOOLS SECTION. SHE HELPED ME FIND THE PRODUCT, AND WHEN SHE FOUND YOU DID NOT HAVE IT IN OCALA, SHE CALLED A REP IN GAINSVILLE WHERE I LIVE AND ENSURED WHICH STORE HAD IT SO I CAN GET IT

Carol the head cashier and Donna went above and beyond in helping me with my last minute order. As I was stuck with my in store credit card and they were quick and found a solution even minutes after the store closing. I thank them for taking the time and dedication in providing me with excellent customer service.

Just moved here from south Florida. What a difference in service. Had my oven go out on me and needed to replace it. Shopped around and found one that met my needs and was able to purchase it without any problem. Milo your Rep. was knowledgeable about the product and helped me every step of the way. She made me feel welcome and never a bother with everything I kept on having problems with. She talked me thru a few things on my phone. never made me feel pressured about my purchase or any of the many questions I asked her she always remained kind. Please acknowledge the fact that she is an outstanding employee and I appreciate everything she helped me with.

Did not expect to see designer pillows and they are lovely - oversized and in plastic to protect them until purchase.

A FEW MONTHS AGO I BOUGHT A JOHN DEERE ZERO LAWN MOWER Z345! THIS STORE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME! THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY VERY HELPFUL. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT AND THEY HELP ME LOAD THE MACHINE ON MY TRAILER. THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO ALL MY NEEDS AS A CUSTOMER! I HAVE BEEN TO MANY HOME DEPOT BUT THIS HOME DEPOT IS THE BEST WITH SERVICE!!

I was a little afraid about buying a battery weed eater so a i done a lot of research the good and bad what was a good one to buy and we settled on Ryobi i was worried about would it do a good job how long the battery would last, we have a acre boy was i Suprise it does just what i wanted only used half of battery power

The short fat rude acne faced employee needs to be fired,Lefted cart at end shelves so not to block up and employee came and took to load stuff they were moving.Had to look for cart.Then when asked for it back guy was sarcastic and rude.I told him to go @#$# himself .I had guys at job sight waiting on me.Didnt have time to play games with short,fat,acne holes in face employees.

The employee in the blind section was very helpful and knowledgeable with the products and gave some suggestions which easy for me decide to make decisions.

Shamela assisted us with our purchase and she was very friendly.

Home depot is my #1 go to.place for household and garden supplies

We have not been to a Home Depot in a while and I’ll say they were super friendly and helped us get set up for veteran discounts, thanks again sunshine :)

I bought a mini Magic Chef 4.6 cu ft stainless steel refrigerator tonight for my son as a birthday gift. Emily the customer service representative at the Ocala Home Depot went above and beyond her call of duty to help me out !!! She help med me over the phone by going to retrieve the last item they had on the floor, she then rang me up correctly and ensured my order was accurate and complete and ready for my friend to pickup with her truck at the customer service desk the next day !!! I am very grateful that Home Depot has these Amazing workers as part of their Team … thanks a lot and keep up the great work Emily and Home Depot !!! Much appreciated indeed. V.W. 8/16/2022

At this store I find a lot of help. In the plumbing department, Joe was able to give me lots of help with the things I needed to fix the bathtub in my home. As well, Lani at the self check out was able to tell me how to get some of my products put aside for me while I could take the stuff that fits in my car with me. Then Julia set up everything to be held at will call for me to pick up a couple of days later and Reece stacked everything away that I needed in will call.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON, PHYLLIS, WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EVEN SHARED SOME HANDY TIPS TO MAKE MY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT GO SMOOTHER.SHE ALSO CHECKED ME OUT AND TOLD ME HOW TO UTILIZE MY MILITARY DISCOUNT.IT WAS SERVICE WITH A SMILE AND I APPRECIATE HER TAKING TIME TO POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO THE PLUMBING SUPPLY ITEMS.

Joceline was very friendly and had a beautiful smile and personality. Strongly feel she needs to be credited for her customer service. She is in the right position!

In the past five years I found it hard to find anyone to ever help in stores. From the moment I walked into Ocala Home Depot employees went out of their way to help me find what I needed. They were very friendly and fun too.
