The Oak Ridge Home Depot does a really great job have having so many thing I buy. A big reason I use that store is that not only do they normally have what I need, but I can also check on-line for availability before heading to the store. I also really appreciate the Military Discount as I am a retired Naval Officer.

Over the past few months it seems that there is a big change in customer service on the floor. I have had several employees ask if I found what I was looking for or did I need assistance finding something! And there is always someone there to help load my truck.

Associates are very helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable on products all over the store. I was looking for something out of the ordinary and associare listened and was able to know what I wanted and bring me to the product right away. Store was clean and stocked.

WHEN I NEED SOMETHING IN A HURRY FOR HOME IMPROVEMENT---HOME DEPOT IS THE WAY TO GO--THEY HAVE A HUGE INVENTORY TO CHOOSE FROM OF GREAT QUALITY MERCHANDISE WITH LOTS OF ASSOCIATES ON HAND TO HELP IF NEEDED--PRICES ARE FAIR--CHECKOUT IS VERY GOOD

the employees are friendly, helpful without hovering, every time I go to this store, someone say's welcome, they ask if I need any help wtih finding something and are knowledgeable about the product's they stock. I recommend this store to anyone who has a DIY project!

I went in the Oak Ridge Tennessee store on a Friday afternoon when they were very busy--I had an associate come over to me right away and showed me where my product was and made sure I had exactly what I needed---The cashier was very nice and helpful and she got me out of there quick.

Thank you for offering to trim/wrap our Christmas tree as well as leftover greenery!

The absolute freaking best Home Depot I have ever shopped at. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Not like the one in Zachary, Louisiana - not nice people.

Most of the associates are wonderful to deal with and are honest and helpful. Easy to find things and 99% of the time have exactly what I need when I need it and when I don't. Use caution with millwork though. Double check everything you get from there, if something is wrong they will pass the blame onto you for not catching it.

Employee's went over and above to find something i was shopping for

Upon entering today I was treated by Karen! She was very attentive and asked if I needed someone to assist me with my order and I kindly replied no thank you! I live close by and come here a lot so I’m familiar with the store. Upon exiting the store Karen asked if she could help me save 25 dollars off my order and I replied, you sure can! Then she led me through the credit card process and then my order was reduced helping me save money! Very important to me as I’m retired now! She was so very kind! Thank you Karen!

I love shopping at this store! Carl and the rest of the employees at the Pro Desk are the best! Miss KayKay is always friendly to my fur princess.

This store needs to improve communications in the store. When it take 5 phone calls covering a 20 minutes time period to reach someone in doors and windows, there is a problem. When I ask to speak to a manager, am put on hold several time and 3 hours later the manager calls me and explains she was out of the building and the person in the door department was covering lumber, the store has an internal communications problem! Finally, I really don’t need that manager to inform me that there is virus going around when I gave her some constructive feedback.
