Only one homedepot accessible around nother part of NY state, it is in Connecticut, though. And not so big, but it has most items. Store staffs are friendly, however not so aggressive to help me to find and get the right item.

We are in this store almost everyday... The staff at New Milford make it a happy place to be! Thank you, Chrissy, Cathy, Scott, Justin, Lars, Holly, Pete, Jeff, Dan and the many many more that have helped along the way and made us smile.

My wife and I purchased a refrigerator and a washing machine. They were to be delivered by Home Depot using a third party contractor delivery service. They arrived on the scheduled day and were the rudest people. They guy comes to the door looking at his phone and never made eye contact, complained the entire time he was here, talking to his partner in Spanish. They ended up taking the washer back because they wouldn’t install it. I don’t usually complain, but think twice about purchasing appliances from Home Depot that require delivery. You really don’t want these people in your home. The store said they receive complaints constantly about the delivery contractor but they can’t do anything about it. How dare Home Depot use these people when they are aware they have so many complaints against them. Never again!

This is the best Home Depot I've ever been to. I have been at other HD's only to have the associates run when they see me coming, not this place. I asked for help with some pvc pipe and the fellow was so knowledgable about that I asked for advice on compression fittings and he explained and recommended which particular one. Great store.

The store was very clean and always is. The employees are very helpful and are always friendly when assisting. Tazi was my salesperson and is very likable. He has a great personality and is willing to go a long way to satisfy your shopplng experience. As soon as he saw us , he volunteered to help.

Great store usually very clean and friendly staff. The paint department is exceptional as are several other people in this store. (Tools, customer service desk..) Avoid going in the evening though they have a guy who's only job seems to be to pester customers into applying for home depot credit cards. I have one, my wife has one and he still posters. If not for him this review would have been 5 star .

John flooring specialist was a great help with helping us make the decision on the flooring we need to put in our basement and what other products and supplies that we needed to use with the floor. He was very knowledgeable with the flooring products we were looking to purchase. Thanks again john

Store was clean and not too crowded...aisles are bigger than danbury which makes shopping easier. But less selection...
