The customer service that I received today was excellent beyond excellence a nice friendly young lady by the name of Anna I believe. She was amazing she help me find exactly what I needed and also checked me out. Definitely keep hiring people like her she was amazing.

I received a flyer for 0% financing. I spent the required amount, but did not get 0% financing.

This store is conveniently located and is very clean and organized. There were a lot of employees around for any assistance that is needed. It was very easy to locate items in this store.

This store is always neat and fully stocked. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well. AAA+++

Best store with friendly and helpful staff

I'm thrilled to have a new Home Depot practically around the corner from me! Love the store! It fits beautifully into our neighborhood! Just what we needed! The store is well stocked. I even found my 14x14 air filters in your new store. A pleasant surprise! I use a store electric scooter as I am handicapped and the new Home Depot Scooters were as great as the shopping experience. The store clerks were more than helpful and the young cashier, Elizabeth, was a doll! Sincerely, Lillian Jerman

VIRUS UNSAFE! Other than the single, mandatory county sign on the door saying masks are required, little to no effort is made to enforce or observe it by some employees and many customers. This was so prevalent that the manager(s) must be aware. if I have to shop curbside just to stay safe, I'll use another store.

BEST HOME DEPOT STORE ANYWHERE! The employees here are so helpful and friendly. We sort of feel like family there. They seem to recognize us and say so every time we go (even on the more than one trip on the same day times :o)). If you are blessed enough to get Lisa, well she is the cream of the crop. One time especially, she went way above and beyond to help us with a delivery situation. You can tell she loves her job and takes pleasing the custom seriously. If I had my own company...I'd try to get her to work for me! Most of the time this store has what we need. On the rare occasion they don't we dread going to a different store. This is the best Home Depot Store!!!5

I was able to find someone to help me with a project. And he didn't treat me as an inconvenience.

Manger Rose took care of a delivery problem. New microwave was ordered and delivered and installed professional all in a timely manner.

Need more employees like Janice. She went "above and beyond" to fill my order that was previously cancelled. She was pleasant and very helpful on this visit. Even the employee that brought my item up from the store was nice.

Store is mostly clean and organized each time I visit. Sometimes I even get assistance when not asked or seeking assistance.

The store nice to shop in and with the homedepot app makes it easier to shop.

Store is a disgrace. Even though the store has a mask policy for its employees, it seems that management does not enforce it. A disgrace and disservice to our community. Make all people that go into store wear a mask.

A great Home Depot ! Very organized layout, and easy to find your way around the store. A great garden department, and plenty of choices available in every department.

A good store. Friendly service. But not all employees were wearing masks. That said the lockdown in Central Florida has largely been without locks!

It was pouring rain and I sprinted toward the nearest entrance. Upon coming up on the door, an elderly lady who was working the returns counter stopped me at the door. She asked if i had any returns to which I replied no. I informed her i was just running in from the rain. She then told me I could not enter thru this entrance since this was for returns only. Not a very first impression greeting to start. In the store, NO ONE offered assistance while others were offered help around me. Not a good customer experience at this store.

I wish I could tell so many more people about your associate that helped me on Sunday. Xander is an amazing young man. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and a great conversationalist as he walked me to the aisle I was looking for. Every other company should be jealous of Home Depot because Xander works for you!

I have been a satisfied Home Depot customer for many many years. This store is fairly new, brightly lit and sparkling clean. All the employees, from cashiers, to assistants at the paint counter, appliances and custom window and kitchen departments that i have worked with seem to go above and beyond. There is a prevailing positive attitude in the atmosphere. I highly recommend.
