I have bought a lot of beautiful plants this summer. I have several pictures and have brought some inside to overwinter.

I have wanted the 12 foot skeleton for years!!!! Went in this morning and BAM they came in last night. I asked Jacob and Alisha in garden when these would be for sale and they said if you want one now you can have it! They got one down for me and even helped me load it in my car. They truly made this halloween freaks day! They were so helpful and just amazing. Thank you so much! I'm always shopping this Home Depot and will continue to do so!!

Charlotte is an amazing cashier who really makes you feel like she is actually interested in what you are working on compared to other cashiers who don't talk to you or are rude.

I love Home Depot because they have so much to offer in available products, tools and home decor of every category. The best tools brands and choices, the best kitchen appliances, the largest and best garden center, the best choices and selections of many household items. And who can't love their "Black Friday" specials. It's it one of the first places I go to pursue the needs of being a .... I love Home Depot!

Went to Home Depot North and will return even though the south location is closer to my home. I was able to find an employee and ask questions and get ideas and answers- Huge! He also helped several other ladies! At the south store I can Never find an employee and when I go I find them in a group and none of them are in their correct areas it’s gets. Frustrating- North Lincoln YOU GOT IT! And a big thanks to the young gentleman in the paint section. You were soooo helpful. I’m just old and forgot your name. Sorry.

My cashier, Brittany was very helpful in assisting me to find my coupon and Hayden was very adept in helping me to load my purchase.

The cashier, Rhonda, was extremely helpful and ensured I received the veteran discount even when the computer was not offering it. She expertly diagnosed the issue and ensured I would not have a problem in the future with it. The rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly as well.

I was buying a gallon of paint when a store associate named KASI. Was badgering me about a price of paint that I’ve already explained to her that I had talked to the manager Donna. She still insist on badgering me. She needs to work on her people skills. She’s very rude and very disrespectful.

The cashiers are very friendly

Everyone I talked to at store was very helpful in what I was looking for and knowledgeable about the item they were selling.

The shelves were stocked & the whole place looked together! I could see the seasonal section was getting changed but it wasn’t a huge mess. AND the item I went in for was SUPER MARKED DOWN & I was thrilled!!!

Every employee I ran into during my visit was helpful and polite.

The salesperson knew exactly what aisle I could find what I was looking for. Another salesperson walked me through the steps in setting up my veteran’s discount. Check out was fast and courteous.

You don't have to look very hard or far to find assistance when you need it. Plus, everyone is glad to help. I also love how I can look up things online or through the Home Depot App and no the aisle and bay where they are located which saves me lots of time when I go to the store.

Love Home Depot. Always helpful. Annoyingly so.

We were able to make a decision to purchase a new washing machine without anyone hovering or invading out space since it was a Monday afternoon about 2pm.

I went to buy a Milwaukee tool today for a specific need. The guy in the store understood what I was needing and my capacity to do the job and sold me the perfect tool. With people that helpful, I will definitely return.

I had questions about what to order online so that I could complete my project and the employees were very patient and informative.

I went to the store today to grab a few items and Jean helped me checkout. She helped me with what I needed and was very polite. She seemed genuinely happy to help. And that makes for a great experience. She was very polite, had a smile.. and was friendly as can be. And it wasn't that fake friendly that some people do with that high pitched "thank you have a good day" that sounds like that old show with the Nanny lol 😆 Nope, her thank you was Genuine! Good job Jean. 👏

Spent 40 minutes waiting for two cans of paint. They were left in the tumbler machine, while the kid left for 25 minutes. When he finally came back, he huffed and puffed and stomped around, throwing a temper tantrum like a small child. By this time there were 3 other people waiting around for as long as I did. Will never shop the north Home Depot again.

They need additional training on how to communicate with people. Most of the staff at this store are rude.
