The staff on my recent trip were not only helpful, but smiled and were enthusiastic about helping me. The only place I ever see that is at Chickfila or Disney World. Kudos to the staff for their attitude and service! We appreciate you!

This is a great Home Depot. The store is always well stocked and clean.

Was there to purchase a few items, but when i got to the self checkout is where the problem started i was in the process of cashing out when the employee accused me of not ringing up all my items so I had to cancel out the payment option to prove to her that I ring up all three items. That was so embarrassing. Please don’t do this to other customers. Ps. She tired to make it seems as she was helping me double bag my items

The store had some item, was not well stocked.... possibly due to pandemic... Associates were not friendly...had to seek out assistance.

Scary self-checkout employee: NO MASK came up to talk to me and got within TWO FEET before I could get her to go away. Most employees are either not wearing masks or don't have the mask cover their noses.

These are trying times for all of us! I found the employees here quite friendly, which is remarkable given the time of day between 6:30 and 7:30pm when folks are generally tired and ready to go home, and shoppers can be irritating.

Encountered a angry, rude employee. Normally employee's are pretty chill whenever I engage. But especially during these tense times, employee's need to be careful on their tones when speaking with a customer. Without us, there's no need for you to be there.

I frequently patronize this Home Depot location because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They consistently take ownership for meeting my requirements. If a staff person does not know the answer, the person gets someone who does; and does not give up until item is thoroughly fulfilled. In short, my experience at this Lilburn location has always been excellent. Job well done by entire staff.

Encountered one of the most helpful associates ever by the name of Charlie. I was looking for a light replacement for my closet and he made a great suggestion and showed me difference with the LED lights that now have the daylight, bright light and soft light. He also took my son to meet the store manager to discuss part-time job opportunities. He was delightful and although great customer service is expected is not always guaranteed well today - I got it!!!!

The employees that we interacted with were very friendly. I loved the fact that they had parking spots for trailers.

The store and restrooms weres clean as usual friendly and courteous service knowledgeable associates and I could found a plenty of stock. The new guy took time to share his opinion to help me make a decision For my new holiday purchase of a headlamp. Very high marks especially during the holiday

Pre-purchased a Rheem water heater the evening prior to my contractor coming to install and provided his name on the will-call pick up, yet the next morning the store could not locate my order and he had to call me from the store to provide the order #, etc. After 10-15 minutes they finally located my order and he brought the water heater over to install. Once unboxed the water heater was badly dented and damaged and the front connector valve completely broken off, so it was unusable. Called the store and customer service desk could not get a manager to speak with me, was disconnected twice and on the 3rd call she relayed a message from the manager that I needed to locate this model at another store location on my own and exchange it there, as they were out of stock on this model. No effort to search one or help me locate it whatsoever, and the contractor I had hired was stuck waiting as well. Contacted Home Depot corporate customer service and they contacted the manager for me on a conference call, only then did he search other locations a find one that had the same model. When I asked about compensation for my time and additional charges for my contractor he told me to come by and see him at the store within the next few days and he would see what he could do. I felt he was not friendly nor apologetic for the issue at all, seemed to want to get the call over with quickly. We picked up the water heater at the Highway 78 location in Lilburn, received very good service, and carefully brought it home, only to find a large dent toward the top of this unit as well. We decided it would likely not affect the performance and did not want to spend another 60-90 minutes going through the ordeal of returning it a 2nd time, so he installed it and it seems to work well thus far. I was 2 hours late for work that day and incurred additional time charges for the install. Based on this experience I felt that the handling of the water heaters during shipping and storage may have some issues, and that the customer service from management was very poor, and thus will not return there to shop again. My cashier Susan at customer service was very nice when I purchased the unit, but expecting the customer to completely fend for themselves when selling a very defective product and not assisting them is unacceptable to me, and I will be very hesitant to shop at Home Depot in the future based on all of these negative service issues.

Folks in the lumber department have always been friendly and helpful. I am not a builder nor a contractor and they treat my needs just as much if not more. That's what keeps me coming back to Home Depot for more than just building needs.

THIS STORE IS A HIDDEN TREASURE; IT IS NOT LOCATED ON A MAIN DRIVE, BUT IS OUT OF SIGHT FROM HWY 29 IN LILBURN. HOWEVER, THE STAFF, THE PRODUCT, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE EXCEPTIONAL EVERY TIME I SHOP. I AM A HOMEOWNER (VS. CONTRACTOR), AND I OFTENTIMES HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I NEED FOR A JOB. THE STAFF HERE GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO EDUCATE WITHOUT INSULTING ME, AND STEER ME TOWARD PRODUCT OPTIONS THAT WILL WORK FOR WHATEVER JOB I'M TRYING TO COMPLETE AT HOME.
