Customer service desk is horrible! Lady rolled her eyes at me bc she did not know what I was talking about. Need training and manners

Anaya was really sweet when ringing me up. She shared just a short little story about her grandmother and plants since I had an actual cart full of little indoor plants. Even though she didn't seem to be into gardening, she still made a connection with me (the customer) and it made a positive impression on me. It's little interactions like that, that give you the edge over other competitors when product selection and prices are similar.

The store has a lot of helpful and very kind people working , for them, it is also a very clean store.

The only thing I see bad about any home depot store, is the lawnmowers are stored outside in the weather year round then sold to a consumer to be brought back because of issues from being stored outside.Seems like someone should realize that and build a covered area to store the riding mowers in.

The store is close to my projects. and the staff is always willing to help if you can find one.

I have been doing projects here and there in my home and every time I go to Home Depot I am very pleased with the outcomes.

Product was in stock. Employee walked me to aisle where I found what I needed. Cashier was very friendly.

Khalil in lumber was very rude to us today. Did not offer to help find lumber or load lumber. He and another employee played on their cell phones for over 15 minutes while we struggled to locate and load lumber. His only help was telling me what aisle a piece of lumber was on. I asked him 3 times to show me where a certain piece of lumber was, his reply to me was "it's right in front of you". He reluctantly showed me and was very rude to me. I reported him to Mark, the store mgr. Khalil was irrate and rushed up to Mark and I while I was speaking to Mark. Mark was apologetic, but I won't be back. Our original post was rejected because we mentioned where we would shop instead.

I recently came into the Home Depot on Lem Turner and finally it was a fresh faces, My cashier Jenn greeted me with a great sense of humor and keep us laughing thru the checkout.

This store has wonderful customer service agents. Athlene was 5 stars! The other employees were also helpful, polite and friendly.

I recently came into the Home Depot and needed four keys made, Jenn attempted calling for help for us but nobody came, so she came right away to assist me and my wife. She was quick and as soon as we finished she checked us out with no waiting! This experience was professional from start to finish with all our questions answered. Thank you Jenn for your bubbly happy personality, we will be coming back to see you! She has all the ability to make our home depot better!

I travel to make purchases at this particular store because the staff is so helpful and friendly. Versus the Lane location which is closer to my home, where they are very rude.

Thus store is always clean, and the clerks are very helpful every corner someone is asking if you need help with something. Great Job!

I am dissatisfied because of the delivery process. My order was scheduled to be delivered Wednesday it came the following day at which the order was short and the quantities were incorrect. I had to make several calls to the lem turner store and took up too much of my time to go through delivery and receipts just tiresome and not right

Marc, the store manager went above and beyond to ensure that I was 100% satisfied when I purchased a generator. I was misinformed through online sales of my ability to change my payment method, when I picked the generator up, but he along with the cashier, did what was necessary to guarantee that I left with the product that I wanted.

very friendly and helpful store

A great selection of products at this location. This store also has the tool and equipment rental center not found in all Home Depot stores. I easily found the items which I was looking for and got thru check out expeditiously. I used the men's rest room while in the store and found it to be clean and well stocked.
