Store was very neat, clean and appeared to be sanitary. I felt very comfortable shopping there during the pandemic.

Great customer service

Great shopping experience.

Placed an online order. Was told order would be ready in two hours. Wait nine hours for the text to say order is ready and no text or call so we drove 30 minutes to the store only to get there and have them tell us they are a day and a half behind on pulling orders. Then they proceed to let us look and an employee to look only to tell us they are out of what we ordered. Called another store for us to see if they had what we needed and they said yes and they would hold the item for us so we drove another 20 minutes and got our product. Went to install it today and they gave us the wrong size. Had to drive back to return the item and get a refund. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Home Depot but it will be the last time because I will never shop there again!!

Store employee went above the call of duty to help me today. Everyone was so willing to help me. I love shopping at this Home Depot.

they had the toilet I needed. they did not have the floor support willing to move the toilet into the cart, wheel it up front, or load it into my car. nor did they have anyone able to answer questions beyond reading measurements off a box.

The store on N Memorial Parkway Hsv 35801 was clean and had protected procedures for COVID-19 in place. The associates at the customer service desk and appliances dept. was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.

Amazing experience especially during a pandemic. I have been helped beyond my expectation. Kara and Sherrie assisted me and helped me to tay within my budget. All the employees need to learn from them.

The store is five miles from our house so it is an easy place to get to.

I highly recommend this Home Depot for their FRIENDLY STAFF and can do attitudes. I needed SO MUCH help and was clueless! I had the pleasure of working with Mr. KENN who was knowledgeable, educated, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I got all the items I needed for my patio project. I literally could NOT have done it without his help and it is because of THIS YOUNG MAN, that I will return to this Home Depot as I love great customer service!!! Thank You so much to Mr. KENN, hope you get a raise!!

Had a crisis on 6-20-2020, freezer went out, went to Home Depot, appliance department, explained my situations to Brad & Steve. both explained the shortage of appliances and what the store had in stock. Purchase a nice upright refrig/freezer. Both were friendly and supportive. smiling all day

#804 is a benchmark for Home Depot stores. The associates are all very knowledgeable about products and processes of both in-store purchases and what to expect during delivery purchases. Informed instructions of what Pros and Cons are for one product or service compared to another. As well as past experiences and their results.

If you are looking for a highly knowledgeable and extremely kind associate to help assist you in the appliance department, Dianna is your person! She made our visit super easy and gave us all the info that we needed and wanted. We will definitely be doing more business with Home Depot because of her superior help. Thank you Dianna!

Very few employees know anything about the department they work in. It’s a bunch of kids just standing around lost or playing around with other employees that are kids. Takes forever to get loaded as a contractor and that’s IF they have the material and a kid that somewhat can drive a forklift. This is why contractors would rather pay more at a real home store than go here and deal with kids that don’t know or care about their job.

I am a senior citizen who needed help with lock on my security door. After visiting 4 other stores who just did not want to help me find what I needed to order a new part...Home Depot associates went above and beyond to help me find what I needed..how to order it ..and even took time to show me how to repair the part I have. Hard to top that kind of customer service.

Very poor service on follow-up on Special Order

Everything went well except for the fact that my product looks to have been used and abused. Whoever picked this out must have found it in the return bin.

Great store. The North Huntsville store stands out from both its colleagues and competitors for its extraordinary pro assistants (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc), helpful attendants, and personable, professional cashiers. As a property manager, I shop in this store more than 10 times per week, and I am consistently pleased with product availability and the helpful, courteous staff that operate the store.

I have shopped there since it opened. Always good service. Always good products. Even mail order is prompt. Good advice when asked for. My one concern is if you need to return items that are not used be sure to keep your receipts. If not be prepared to be surprised. I understand putting your returned money on a debit card but to only refund half of the cost is a little hard to understand..

Can't load lumber or other material without carts. Pathetic customers have to retrieve them as well as check themselves out at 7:30 am because no one breathing is working a register

Perhaps a training deficiency, seasonal help, attitude problem, or all of the above... customer service is lacking. Unfortunately, the problem is not just here, but also at the other store to the South, and also their competition. The percentage of knowledgeable workers has decreased, and the speed to answer “no” increased. Five years ago, I could walk into this store with a project in mind, and walk out with everything I needed to complete it, thanks to recommendations of an employee. Now, it’s hard to find an employee that knows how to do anything but point or pick up the phone to ask the one or two remaining knowledgeable employees in the store. Recently, walked in to buy a slide in gas range, have it delivered, and have it installed. Twice. Sunday, no luck due to lack of employees. I literally searched for anyone willing to make a sale. Nobody seemed interested. Monday, same thing, but since it was Veterans Day, and they were a little busier, I eventually found a helpful, though not very knowledgeable employee to assist. When a knowledgeable employee was asked about installation and gas hookup, just got a “no” instead of, “we don’t do that, but we can recommend someone that does”. How hard would that’ve been? I was going to buy the matching over-range microwave, but had already spent so much time in the store ordering a range that I wasn’t going to waste any more time waiting for the nice but incompetent employee search on a finicky workstation for something that took me mere seconds to find on an iPad. Again, not isolated, as I’ve seen this at the other Home Depot, and at Lowe’s. But this is what I’ve seen recently at this particular store. Prices are competitive. Just wish customer service was better.

The associates in lighting and working in surrounding areas were very friendly and helpful! Have always had a good experience at Home Depot, but this trip was especially positive and memorable! :)
