Received the best customer service ever. Jeremy in paint department helped me with all my painting needs. Answered all my questions.

A store employee was assigned to us due to a large volume of tools and accessories we needed to acquire to replace older or non-operative equipment. This was extremely helpful since many technological advances have been, especially in tools. Our "guide" walked us through all our questions and we were completely happy with our experience.

We have been working with Tod in Doors and Windows to pick what we need for our house. We had preliminary ideas for styles and Tod was very helpful working out the details for some custom order doors that fit our needs for a good price. He is excellent to work with,

I am only giving this store an excellent rating for the employee named Jeremy H. He helped us after waiting for other employees help in an isle for 15 minutes. No one else looked at us. We were given misinformation about the stock of some command hooks and he did everything he could to help us!

My brothers and I reached out to our local Home Depot for help building a wheelchair ramp. We are all 3 handi-capped and on fixed incomes. Through the generous discounts and support of our local store, we are now able to access our home safely. Thank you Home Depot

I needed an electric front door lock and was weighing my options. Sarah is always helpful and this trip was no different. She and Koen gave me the information necessary to make an educated decision. I love my new door lock and handle and I owe it all to Sarah and Koen. Kellie is also always very helpful. Great team.

Miss Suzy at the service desk went above and beyond her normal duties to make sure that I was taking care of and happy with some problems that had arisen from an online order.

I have had troubles with my deck boards being damaged is shipping (Boise Cascade) four times now. But the employees are very understanding and appreciative of my struggles and do everything in their power to help!!!

Needed straps to move a washer… other Home Depot only had online. We needed right away for a job in town. These guys had it in stock and new what it was! Suzy checked us out and made me lol

I just love this store!

Two employees provided us assistance. A young lady moved items that were there for stocking so that a young man and I could get the bulky item and load it on a cart. He stayed with us throughout checkout and helped me load it in my vehicle. Both of these employees were extremely polite and courteous. Unfortunately, I can’t remember their names.

I had to return some unused flooring materials and the customer service representative (Josh) was very helpful in processing the quick return and refund for the unused items.

Shopping around for flooring and installation at other home-improvement stores as well as furniture locations. We had the best experience with Karen at the Carson City market Street (north Carson crossing) Home Depo location. Karen was knowledgeable, helpful with assistance, suggestions and patient with our questions and concerns. Karen’s World class customer service helped make the decision to choose Home Depot for our flooring needs. Thank you, Karen!!

The two departments that I needed help in today? I was blessed with two awesome employees! I cannot wear a mask and neither one of them treated me with any lack of respect as I have been treated in other stores. Matt in the paint department went above and beyond to help me get the appropriate paint supplies I needed and even recommended some things that would help me since I have arthritic hands. Lorna in kitchen appliances helped me find just the right vanity for my store, which I will come back in later to purchase. Thank you BOTH for helping my somewhat rough day brighten! You both have kindness and compassion and that is getting more and more rare.

After a huge weather event products are sold out all over the area. Joshua found the last bag of ice melt available and allowed me to buy it even after he had set it aside for himself.

Mike in appliances was of great help. I love oops paint, when I get done with a project I have going I'll post some pics. Even with having to drive an hour to get to the closest Home Depot store it's worth the effort.

I have been going to this store since it first opened, and occasionally shop at other hardware stores. This Home Depot hires very knowledgeable, friendly people who treat their customers with respect and with a good attitude. No matter how difficult my situation in needing something, this store is always my first choice for home improvement needs.
